STILL WAITING... We have an extended Lowes warranty on our appliance. Lowes Customer Service scheduled the appointment with Aspect, an authorized Samsung dealer. We confirmed an appointment for a 4 hour window 8-12. Missing work to be home for the appointment, I waited and waited. At 12:22 they called and said they were running late. It was already 22 minutes past the 4 hour window. They said they would be there in 20 minutes. It was at least 45 more minutes when Dave finally arrived - over an hour past the appointment time window. At a glance, with no physical diagnosis, he arrogantly confirmed the problem, as had already been explained to Lowes. He spoke to me condescendingly and lectured me about not pushing the buttons too hard, and made excuses for their business practices. He said they needed to order the part and it would take up to a week. When the part came in, a very nice man, Mike called to schedule the appointent, which was for today, between 1-5. At 10:15 this morning, I called to confirm and was told we were on schedule and the 2nd call of the afternoon. I confirmed they had both my home and mobile phone numbers and that someone would be there. About 4:15, I had a missed call, with no message on my mobile. And 1/2 hour later, they called our home phone. When answered, no one was on the other end. They left no messages, nor did they try to call back. I tried calling and left a message for them, as there was no answer. This afternoon was a total waste of time. Still waiting.... Until morning when I can reach Aspect and Lowes, Both appointments were a waste of time, over 10 hours of time lost from work. I will update this review if/after the repair is done or I talk to them. UPDATE 1/15/14: I called Lowe's, who nicely said they would send another repair company (kudos to Lowes). Out of courtesy, I called Aspect and again, spoke to Mike. He was so pleasant, professional and apologetic. Aspect is lucky to have him as their customer contact. I also discovered, Dave, the no-show technician is the owner of Aspect. Knowing that, I have no regrets about not using them. An owner who doesn't care about missed appointments should not be in business. Online, I also found a couple of other reviews. None mentioned poor repair work, but all mentioned missed and/or late appointments, an utter disregard to the customer. Added note: Lowe's arranged an appointment with A & E Factory Service. We were apprehensive because they are a national company and had extremely poor online reviews, but the tech they sent was on-time, polite, experienced and professional. He ordered parts. We will review A & E later.
Description of Work: For the 1st appointment, they were very late and not prepared to make the repair. The next week, they did not show up for the 2nd appointment. Mike, in the office was awesome, especially under the circumstance of having an owner who does not seem to care about his business or his customers.

DO NOT USE Aspect TV. The Aspect TV customer support experience has been *extremely* unresponsive. Their voice mailbox is always full. When I am able to finally leave a message, my phone calls were never returned. My emails are never returned. They said they would order the part - that was over 4 weeks ago.
Description of Work: Aspect TV (David Anguiano) is incredibly unprofessional. Never showed up on the day they say they are going to. They have misdiagnosed my issue two times, and my issue is still unresolved. I finally gave up and went with another company. Absolutely horrible experience.
