Extremely neat work; cleaned all debris. Worker extremely professional in all aspects. Very courteous. Answered lots of questions.

Description of Work: They came out and trimmed a tree in our backyard. The man took to time to explain the best way to trim the tree to support future maturity. It didn't look like I expected it to but just a few weeks later it already looks dramatically healthier and I am positive that it will look better as more time passes.

Description of Work: The owner wrote back and explained why they charge for evaluation which makes sense to me. It is my fault to not look on their website which already explained the reasons. I suppose if one wants to do it right, one would want a professional arborist to evaluate the services needed first. I appreciate their effort in explaining this on this website.

Description of Work: Trimmed my large and spreading apple tree, replanted my two small new trees (Japanese Maple & Dogwood) so that they would grow properly, gave me advice on how to care for the trees. They came and advised me first and then came around to do the work when I wasn't there (as agreed). It was neatly done and they certainly demonstrated plenty of expertise. I don't have much experience with this sort of work but I thought I got good value for money.

Description of Work: I initially bought the big deal to have trees planted but that was not really the service they provided. And the coupons wouldn't have been enough anyway (I bought two). However, they came out and pruned my little trees. I only have 3 but the pruning made a big difference in my little Japanese Maples. I also learned a lot from the techs. They were very professional, yet personable and I will definitely have them prune our trees again. We will have many more trees soon so I will have more work for them.

Description of Work: First, Tree Resource came out, listened to my concerns. the rep then took pictures of the trees/shrubs that needed attention and took those back to the office. After a group consultation, I was provided with detailed plan of action and price quote. I agreed to have work done - trimming 4 trees in my front yard ( a Japanese maple, a cedar tree, a magnolia and a Hinoki Cypress. The work was one on time and on budget. after the work was done they cleaned up the yard - If i didn't already know they were working on my yard, I wouldn't have known it - they left it that clean. | |I think Tree Resource is a very good company to work with. They are definitely tree/shrub experts.

Description of Work: I did not receive any communication from the business. I then decided to try another company, enrolled with you. Made three phone calls to them and heard nothing. (Pete's). I will make some inquiries here, locally, and try again although I would have liked to use your recommendations.

Description of Work: Provider informed me very honestly that the cost of the job might be higher than the Big deal price. Provider wanted to make sure that there wouldn't be any surprises or a dissatisfied customer in that matter.
