They were on time, detail oriented and worked at a steady pace. To me, it looked like they enjoyed what they were doing so it went very well. They cleaned up well, took all the cuttings away and left my yard spotless. I highly recommend.

Upon first contact everything went great. The woman who came out to do the quote was excellent. We were very impressed with her knowledge of not only what to do, but about trees in general. About a couple of months later they came out to remove limbs from a few trees. They did unbelievable work. They showed up right on time, and they did the work quickly and efficiently. They wanted to make the trimming look very natural, which I appreciated. Furthermore, they cleaned up everything very nicely. We did end up spending an additional $200 for the work completed, but it was well worth the extra money.

I would recommend Tree Resource to anyone interested in true professionals who will not only complete work but will take time to educate their clients about preserving tree health. They worked with our schedule, shaped and trimmed our trees and cleaned up the debris thoroughly. Fantastic experience!

The work was fine. The price was a little high, but the work they did was good.

They honored the coupon even though I was a little further out of their service area, they did a great job, and they are very ethical in their commitments with customer service and relationships. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was very pleased with the arborist who came out first, and with the two tree trimmers who did the actual work. Everyone was professional, punctual, and very courteous.

I have contacted them twice and they did come out. They took several pictures and left. Never heard from them for a couple of months. So I contact him back by email asking for the estimate of the service and he responded back saying he would found out happen to it and get back with me the following day. That was on April 9, 2012 and still no word. I did contact Angie's List for the refund on the Big Deal which was refunded back in May 2012.

The two men who did the job were professional and the job was well done. They only charged me tax because I asked them to only do as much work as I already paid for which was $400 worth of tree service that I paid $198 for. I would use them again!

Estimator was on time, workers were on time and polite

I had purchased an online coupon from Angie's list for this company. It was for $400.00 worth of tree service for $199.00 and expired on 12/12. They came an gave me an estimate on what could and should be done. I decided to have them do the work. I called them and scheduled a day in Aug. to have them do the work. They arrived on time, even called just before they got here. We reviewed what was to be done. and they started working on it right then. They had to hand tirm a 25 foot Cypress tree, since it was located between a neighbor's house and garage, before cutting the whole tree down. They cut down a sweet gum tree next to it that lost at least 1/3 rd of it's top in the ice storm the same way. The trimmed the sweet gum tree that was left to make it more managable and more sightly to look at. The third tree they removed was next to my garage. They did a very professional job, it was not easy! They cleaned and wood chipped all the branches and there were many. By the time they left except for the trees gone, you wouldn't have know they were here. I would recommed them to anyone.

They trimmed a dead tree for me and one of the branches split. I gave them a call to come take a look at it afterwards. They said they would come out, but they’ve never come back. All in all, I was happy with the work though.

The service was very responsive to my requests for changes in the scheduling due to other work being done at my home. The arborist who came to give an estimate was very nice and professional as were the arborists who came to do the actual work. They obviously know a lot about trees and were completely competent and skilled. I am very happy with their work.

Recieved prompt reply to set up a consult. Very professional person came out to assess the trees in question. Got information back right away and set up appointment to have work done. Three men were here promptly. They were knowledgeable and very pleasant.Got right to work and finished very quickly. Would definitely call them again if needed. I would also recommend them to friends.

Well - did more on the camelia when asked.

First, I'm guessing at date they came out since I can't find the receipt but sometime in late winter or early spring. I had a hard time after I purchased the groupon coupon getting them to come out for estimate and ultimately to do the work. There was a mild storm here and they said they were backed up but we are talking several weeks. Finally, they came out with an estimate of $1400.00 of which $400.00 was to cut back the neighbor's overhanging copper beech which I decided not to do. The estimate came in at $1000.00 minus the $200.00 groupon totalling $800.00. It was an extremely high estimate since I've lived here for 30 years and have had many experiences with tree and garden specialists. I would not have done it except I was stuck since I'd already purchased the groupon coupon. They came and did their work - about 3 hours. I did not check their work since it was raining, but wished I had since they had missed some pruning, had butchered the Hinoki everygreen by our front porch (it still looks awful) and did a terrible job of cleaning up.

Prompt good work and clean-up. I feel the bill was too high. (Coupon redemption made price reasonable).

Pruned several maple trees absolutely beautifully, look terrific, very professionally done. I have had pruning done by individuals before who clearly were not skilled at all but this was NOT the case with this company. I would and will use them again in the future. They also cleaned up some lilacs. They cleaned up after themselves and before even starting the work wanted to clarify again what our objectives were with the lilacs near the house. they explained what was feasible and what the best practice should be for the lilacs (thin them out rather than get rid of height).

Great service. Office help seemed a little confused at times but all in all great service and they did a great job. Came when they said they would and cleaned up after themselves even though I did find a few branches that they left. Think the the clean up could have been a little better - more attention to detail on where the branches fell. I think there was at least 2 maybe 3 and 1 was pretty large - that did not make me happy.

They were on time for the estimate and on time the morning the work was to be done. Courteous, professional and knowledgable. All and all a very good experience. They stuck to their estimate and cleaned up after themselves.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for Tree Resource because I have some trees that were damaged in last winter's ice storm and other trees that could use some pruning. My experience with Tree Resource was great and I look forward to working with them again. They came out and gave me an estimate detailed by tree so I could make choices depending on my budget. We chose to have them remove a storm damaged and unhealthy maple. We plan on having them come out and prune our pin oak tree this coming winter and possibly do some other pruning on our other trees. Whenever I need tree work or advice I will turn to Tree Resource.
