They are tightly scheduled, so were only able to complete about 20% of the project in the time allotted. They took pictures, cleaned up some of the branches and developed another appointment and departed for the next appointment.

The guys were clean and efficient. They did work really well, when the tree fell it didn't damage anything. The chipper that they brought to the site didn't chip the branches that I had that I wanted to chip. They cut it into smaller branches, so I wasn't able to get that chipped because the chipper wouldn't crush it up, they advised me that it would just jam.

They arrived promptly and then had to wait for the owner to arrive. Within 15 mins he was there and everything started happening. The tree was climbed and taken down in sections, then felled and the wood we wanted was saved. Over all - no complaints, very good job and they cleaned up nicely.

The service was great. They did what they said they were going to do and they did a really good job. They were timely and overall it was a good experience.

- Exorbitant bid. The previous year I had 5 trees pruned for less money. - The two men seemed very knowledgeable. They focused on how the previous pruners did not prune the trees correctly and I need a multi-year strategy to repair. - Not sure I believe them because the previous arborists were also certified and were recommended by City People's Garden staff.

I thought they were terrific. I loved how they contacted me to set up the appointment. They were extremely professional and timely. I thought they did a beautiful job and cleaned up after themselves. I will have them back.

Original one person came to view what needed to be done, looked at all my various trees and shrubs and we discussed what I wanted done. They made an appointment, two people came on time, were very cordial, and listened again to my pruning needs in the order I preferred starting with a tall hemlock. They were interested in the variety of shrubs I had in the yard and made sure they didn't overdo the pruning. They worked six hours, did an excellent job, were pleasant to talk to and I would definitely hire them again if I need more work done in the future.

Fantastic, these guys were pros. Would recommend them to anyone. Good value for the expert work.

The arborists that came out were knowledgeable and used best practices for pruning my tree. I received prompt and professional response to set up an initial consultation. Then a clear follow-up proposal and contract via e-mail. An appointment was set shortly after they received my contract with a reminder e-mail prior to service. The arborists were friendly, on time and professional. I will definitely use this company again.

Well, first off, she said that she did not know if she had ANY timely appts, and that there was a $125 charge for an estimate. I explained that we were trying to close on a house. She said that if I paid $500, they would "bump" other apts to get to me first, UGH! What an awful thing for them to do. The "emergency" service is basically "money talks"...

Perfect. I had large evergreens that had gotten so large they were blocking any sun from getting to the understory plants. The yard is kept as natural looking as possible so I didn't want it to look "trimmed". They did a beautiful job and it looked much prettier but still completely natural when they were done. They had good suggestions that I hadn't thought about, were very knowledgeable about botanicals. They completely cleaned up the cuttings when finished and worked every minute they were here so they got a lot done in the time allotted . Very professional and fun to work with. I thought the price was totally reasonable for the work performed.

It went well. They prepared a schedule of items to do after first visit. Then followed that schedule on the day that work was done. Cleaned up well. Started and finished on time. Amongst arborists, if 1 is the kind that does bonsai and 10 is the lumberjack kind that turns a 150 foot tree into firewood in 20 minutes, these guys are about 3.

They were offering a 'big deal' of $99 for $200 worth of service. I decided to call to get an estimate of what needs to be done before making a decision. _After_ gathering all the information to set up a consultation for an estimate I was informed that it would cost $125 just to come out here. When I reacted to the cost she informed me of the 'big deal'. I wish she had told me of the cost before wasting both our times. I will use someone else who will tell me beforehand for no cost.

the two workers were professional, pleasant and worked efficiently and skilfully to do the work. They did not use chainsaws, only handsaws for the main work, and then a throwline to remove the lower branches/twigs from the other trees - methods I have not seen used by previous tree services. Especially with the special Angie's price, I thought it was a wonderful deal.

Communication was great, very punctual, knowledgable and happy with their clean up. :)

Called them for some tree service work. They charge $125.00 for a person to go out on site and provide a written report on recommendations and work needed. I did not use them because I didn't want to pay for the initial assessment fee. They were upfront regarding the fee. I just didn't want to pay, that's all.

Alec was knowledgeable, polite, and personable. He did exactly what we had agreed upon. He did not have to add the cable which helped keep the cost down. He gave me tips for what to look for in the future as well. I could tell that he really loves working with trees. I trusted him and felt very comfortable with him in my yard. Excellent experience!

They did a fantastic job! The very large Japanese Maple in particular looked fabulous! What I liked the most is that all changes were so subtle and didn't look invasive, yet when looking at the tree, it really truly transformed the presentation and really brought out the beauty of the tree. On working with them, they were clear on pricing and didn't do a sales job on unneeded items. They were really honest in the case of one tree in particular in that it was not necessary to do the work now, and could likely wait. This was the most expensive tree and I decided to wait a few years. On scheduling, this was super easy. They were also really easy to work with though email, which is my preferred communication. Overall, I'd use Tree Resource again in a heart beat and recommend them to friends.

This is the second time I am using the services of Tree Resource. They have well owned my returning business with the quality of the work they did last time, not just in terms of what got done, but what they diagnosed, their advice and their demonstrated professionalism. The trees they worked on were the only trees in the entire neighborhood that did not shed any twigs during the windstorm this week.

Everything went well. They wer very professional.

The quoted dollar amount excludes the deal and reflects what I would have paid for the service without the deal.

Aside from wanting a contract signed before they would step on my property to estimate the cost of the work, the service was well done and the arborist was very knowledgeable.

They were very quick, clean and did a really nice job on my trees and bushes. I always worry about tree companies doing otmuch but these guys were careful and left nicely shaped, healthy trees/bushes behind.

We did not actually receive service from this provider because at the time of the call our Big Deal was going to expire and we were planning to be out of town. The provider was exceptionally professional and said that they would honor the Big Deal that we had purchased even though it was going to expire while we were gone. We did not have time to schedule a call within a reasonable time after we returned and have not contacted Tree Resource as we felt that too much time had gone by to ask them to honor the Big Deal that we had purchased. I was very impressed with their professionalism in regard to trying to schedule the Big Deal service that I would definitely call them to get tree work done.
