Benitez Siding were very fast and efficient, and their price came in significantly lower that the other bids we received. They did a quick job of the demo and hauling, and did a good job installing the new Hardie panels. They were very responsive, and made a return visit to repair damage to a couple of the interior window frames that was sustained from the tear down of the exterior stucco wall covering. Highly recommended.

Nemecio answered the phone, scheduled an onsite consultation, and submitted a bid promptly. Two other contractors were going to do the work, but they didn't follow through in a timely way. Nemecio did the work 2 days after I got his bid, and I would definitely hire him again.

Nemecio and his crew did an excellent job on my chimney siding repair project. He was very responsive during the bid process and the price was very reasonable compared to other contractors. When significant additional water damage was found in the structure under the siding, the crew spent extra effort to repair it and do the job right with minimal additional cost. They even painted the entire chimney even the areas where they did not replace the siding, which was a nice and unexpected additional service that was not part of the original work statement. I would highly recommend Benitez Siding to anyone needing siding work!

Nemecio and his crew were on time, hardworking, and did a high quality job. Rather than do a bad job, they replaced a couple of trim boards and added 2”x2” along the roofline even though it wasn’t in the quote. They were quick and did excellent work.
