I recommended AllRed to my mother, they told her that they would give her a 10% discount on the phone when she called. They only gave her a 5% discount, they also didn't provide any information about the system? No information was provided also about health of system or checkpoint system used; (PSI of freon, lubrication, filters, drain lines, etc) When I called up Allred and asked for them to provide the 10% discount like they promised they said they would, and she would see it on her Credit Card. A couple of weeks went by and nothing. I called again, they apologized and said they would follow up ensure that the service team sent the information to us and provided the discount and called me back directly. After another week, NOTHING! While the work was completed successfully. The communication and follow up of this company are terrible to say the least. I wouldn't recommend Allred to anyone, or trust them at all :-(

We didn't even get to "Go" with our project. All we recieved was a dollar amount period. No brand name no seer number no ton number, zip 0 nothing. When I called to get a more complete estimate I was told I wasn't going to get one. How does anyone make a good judgement with that? Wow, they must poop gold to be that arrogant . I wouldn't waste my time with these guys. They've wasted enough of ours. Found a better company to install our HVAC. I WOULD GIVE A ZERO STAR IF IT WERE POSSIBLE.

I'm a member of the excellent Allred subscription service that provides for consistent maintenance checkups for all installed equipment. I scheduled a tune for my heat pump, Allred was thorough and quick in setting the appointment, and communication of status and pending arrival time was on point. Raphael arrived, walked me through the maintenance steps he planned to take and the sequencing of the job, gave me an anticipated time to complete, and was at work immediately. All stated deliverables were met, and he provided a thorough after service report complete with pictures to show the work that was done and the recommended additional maintenance that would be wise to do to extend the life of our equipment. He was courteous, pleasant, clean and well-spoken, and I felt completely comfortable with him working in our home. I will continue to recommend Allred to my friends seeking HVAC services, and have sent several folks their way already. Very happy customer, exceptionally positive experience.

We recently hired AllRed to install a soft starter on our heat pump, and there were some issues along the way that was not the fault of AllRed. The soft starter module, which another company makes, burned out our compressor. AllRed quickly resolved the issue by replacing the compressor and getting us back online quickly. They honored their service, warranty, and commitment to putting the customer first, even in a difficult situation like this. It goes to show that they are honest and care about their customers. Fantastic job by Team AllRed. Thank you!

Working with Allred has been an absolute nightmare. Long, long story short....paid roughly $18,000 total for install/replace heating/HVAC system so our house could have more efficient heat/AC and save money..... That was on 08/24/2022 when we purchased...6 weeks or so later they "installed" everything.... It's now January 2023 AND WERE STILL HAVING TO RUN IT ON EMERGENCY HEAT because it's STILL not working the way it should! I am a stay at home mom of two premature twin baby girls...they have to have heat and now our electric bill went from $150 a month to $557! Because emergency heat is really expensive as everyone knows....but what am I supposed to do?! My babies need heat, and even though we paid $18,000 it still aint working! This is after they have come over to "fix" the problem THREE additional times..... I've cried my eyes out about this more than I like to admit. As a SAHM who can't work cause my husbands deployed....we don't have the $400 extra a month to pay for something we shouldn't have to pay for! Run don't walk from this place and protect your family.

The service technician Chris Castro was so helpful when he came to inspect the issue. He heard our concerns, he asked us questions about the locations of the unit, and immediately went to see what the issue was. We witnessed him go above and beyond to figure out the problem. Very grateful to his services. Would love for him to come back out for any future repairs!

Our recent > 110F heat wave in Maple Valley required a working AC. Unfortunately for me, my AC blew a capacitor and fuse one day into the heat wave. Having an elderly parent and animals in the house made it essentially an emergency, as I only had one functional fan and what made things worse, is that PSE lost power for ~6 hours. While I could run fridges and essentials on generator during this time, even when the AC works it is not included in this list, drawing > 6000W on startup. After spending some hours investigating the problem, and identifying the capacitor as at least one problem, I spent another several hours calling around trying to get emergency help. While it looked glim, Allred had a cancellation and Rene Martinez from Allred met his schedule and fixed and verified those things that he could without main power online. When power was finally restored, everything hummed back to life. Thank you Allred.

They came to do the job on the date they said and sent enough manpower to get it all done in one day.

Cameron who came out to give me the bid was very personable and easy to work with. I had to change the AC unit to qualify for my HOA requirement, and then I decided I wanted the upgraded heater. Once all the changes had been made I set up an installation date with the office. The morning of the installation I received an email with the names (Kyle, Brock, and Colton) of the 3 technicians that would be coming, which I really appreciated. They were here on time and even though we had scheduled 2 days they were able to complete everything in 1 day by staying a little later. The technicians were great! Knowledgeable, friendly, and took care when they had to come inside the house. Pricing was competitive. I would recommend this company.

No, we are not interested in moving forward with this quote. I have to say we are extremely disappointed and unhappy with the service we received. On October 10th, Nick came out and serviced our fireplace, and we actually left a very good review after that appointment, unfortunately from there on we have been unhappy. We had previously been working with Fireside to diagnose the problem we were having with our gas fireplace. We paid an initial fee for them to come out, they cleaned it and suggested a fix. The initial service fee covered us for 90 days. It was soon apparent that the fix they did was not correct, as the fireplace stopped working. Another person came out and said the fix was the wrong one and replaced something else. Again, the fireplace stopped working. A third person came out and said it was something else that was causing the problem and he made a 3rd repair. He stated if the fireplace stopped working it was most likely going to mean that the pilot light was actually the issue and we might need to replace it within the year. Again, the fireplace stopped working and we contacted them and were told the 90 days was up and we would have to again pay the initial fee for them to come out. Being very unhappy with their service we found Allred. We scheduled an appointment and Nick came out took a look at it, and he felt that it probably was the pilot light. He got the fireplace working, and we discussed with him that if it stopped working to call him immediately and he would move forward on replacing the pilot light. We talked with him about the remote we had and our unhappiness with it, and told him that we would like to see a quote to replace everything so that we could upgrade to a newer, user-friendly remote. He told us no problem. He also signed us up for the yearly maintenance contact, and we paid for October. The next day the fireplace quit working so we called Allred to let them know and asked for the quote to replace all working components with a new remote. Several weeks went by without any response. We contacted Allred again and was told Amy was out of the office with a sick child, as well as several other staff. Again, we contacted Allred when we hadn't heard anything, and was told everyone was very busy but Matt would get us a quote soon. When we finally received the quote it was for only the pilot light. My husband spoke with Matt on the phone and again explained that we were interested in replacing all parts so that we could have a newer remote. We finally received a new quote to replace all parts and an appointment was scheduled for December 9th. It took two full months to get a quote and an appointment! I actually told my Craig we should just cancel and go somewhere else since they are too busy to accommodate us, but he didn't want to do that. When Matt showed up for the appointment on December 9th, and I opened the door he didn't even introduce himself. Our experience with Matt was completely different than it was Nick. Nick was very friendly and we enjoyed working with him. Matt didn't hardly speak 2 words to us. When he let us know he was finished installing everything, we asked where the new remote was and he said there wasn't one. Well, then how do we turn on the fireplace? His reply, with the switch on the side over there. When we asked well how do we control the fan and the flame like we had before. He informed us we don't. When we said but we asked to replace everything because we wanted a newer remote, his reply was so do you just want a universal remote that will work the fireplace? Yes I guess so since we wanted a newer remote from the beginning, and the whole reason we decided to exchange all parts in the first place. Now we've received a quote for another $1000 to build a remote control? Does anyone listen to their customers requests anymore? We asked for a quote to install new parts in our fireplace so we could have a new remote that worked the fireplace. When we received the 2nd quote we assumed that's what the quote was for since that was the conversation that was had between Craig and Matt. Now we have a fireplace without a remote, and we are unable to control the fan or the flame like were able to do before. If we had known prior to Matt installing the new parts that there was not going to a remote, we would not have had it installed. We could have simply gone with the pilot light, saved us some money, and stayed with the remote we had. At this point I really would prefer that we had not had these new parts installed and saved the $1000 we spent to get something we didn't ask for. I really feel like it was a bait and switch type of deal. Going back to the maintenance agreement we signed up for and paid $20 for October, we have not been charged for November or December, so I feel that $20 was wasted, and at this point we are not interested in keeping that contract so please rip it up, continue to ignore it, we don't care, but do not charge us for any further months. The company had called within 20 seconds after pressing on Angie's List for the service....WOW The wife was the one who was present at time of service but she seemed satisfied by the service. The tech arrived within the designated window of time. The tech's picture was emailed to us beforehand so as to know it was him for security purposes. Our 1 yr old furnace apparently did not have a surge protector when it was newly installed. He installed it, at our agreement, and continued with the service. I did get a call later from a competitor that was about $50 cheaper but I still kept the original appt I made since we had just set up the appt. I know I didn't have to but that is on me...you don't have to pick the first one to call. I believe that I would recommend them again but will wait for other calls first.

Very well. The technician was knowledgeable and willing to explain what he did and found. He left a good report on his findings. He also cleaned the electronic air filter, which I wasn't expecting. The price I paid was an Angie's List special $39 - great price and service!

They were here and did a good job.  They came out and found a problem.  I forgot at the time that when I bought this house it came with a home warranty deal and if I'd thought about it I would have done it under warranty.  But that was my fault.  I was pleased as punch with them.  They were here on time and did everything they were supposed to do.  It's my fault I didn't remember about the home warranty and had the extra part charge.  The unit has worked perfectly all summer.  They were here on time, everything was fine.  They were good guys, had the part with them on the truck.  It was probably worth having them put it in and having it working rather than go through the home warranty, that would have been a pain.  They did a good job.

Scheduled quickly, arrived on time, tested system, performed service, replaced capacitor and posted a maintenance sticker on the furnace.
