They are consistent. The first appointment was free. It was the first time I bought a Mazda and they've been good - no issues.

They are good, great. They are a little on the high side but I would rather go to them instead of a generic person. They know my car. They are a very good dealership. The workers are good, professional. It took an hour. I am satisfied with how they are doing stuff. I have been with them since I bought my car 2 years ago.

Great customer service.  Washed and vacuumed car as a courtesy. Their waiting room was not the greatest but they have a brand new service center building now so I'm looking forward to going there in the future.

I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership. I think Kevin and all of the folks who work in the service department are amazing. I love that they know me and are personable. This was just a routine service but it was valentines day and I appreciated so much that they got it done way ahead of schedule so I could enjoy dinner with my husband. They always are professional and go to great lengths to make sure you are taken care of.

Mazda Everett did a great job on my oil/filter change and they also washed and vacuumed the interior too! Nice job and a good price.

Knowing we were in a dire situation with the window dropped into the door panel of our Saab, and rain approaching, they said to and quot;bring it right over and we will try to get it shut until we can get you in to see what is going on.and quot; They did just that. They got the window in line to close, and we brought it back in 2 days later to have the research the problem. After taking the door apart, they discovered it needed a costly part. They called me with an estimate for both new and reconditioned parts and gave me all the time needed to decide what we wanted to do. They then started the research on the trunk.
They researched all there was to know about the trunk and the mechanics of it, but to no avail...the box that was supposed to have the parts to fix was no where to be found!!! They super-sleuth-ed it, but were unable to fix it. They were incredibly apologetic.
Lastly the oil change. Routine but necessary.
The service (Kevin), parts (Paul) and sales(Frank) are all exceptional.
We have done pre-purchase inspections and their advice has been reassuring.
We have purchased tires for our RX8 with them.
We have gone on many test drives in search of which car to buy.
In all our visits, everyone has been very nice and welcoming.
While the dealership is on the small side, and the service station is not high tech, they do great work and I recommend them to all in search of a good place to bring your car.
