Gerardo made great effort to come out to diagnose the cause of our leaking ceiling on the same day we called. He shown us pictures of the problems with our roof and vents before and after the project. He was able to fit us in so that the roof was fixed before all the rain storms shown up. Very professional in his communication with us and provided us with the best value for the money. Great work and everything was cleaned up after the job was done. Would highly recommend his company.

Great work. Gerardo cleaned out the gutters and cleaned off all the roof moss. After that, he rinsed off the windows and left the yard, deck, and walkways free of dirt and debris. He explained everything to me before and during the work. I highly recommend G & I Roofing Solutions.
