Their response was quick and they gave me an absolutely unbeatable estimate after the first on site visit. Under Angel's guidance the project was super well coordinated and ran smoothly. The owner was responsive to my requests and got out there quickly to get me back in business. I had a broken water line in a steep hillside. They were able to get in a temporary line almost immediately and a final inspected new line a few days later. It was a muddy messy job but they cleaned up at the end of each day. The water line served a triplex so this was important to me and my tenants. They did work a weekend.

We hired them to install new sewage line and new water line. We encounter several unexpected difficulty which increase the cost and cause a lot of delay. But they stick with their bids and do not ask for the price raise. This is very rare due to my experience. They also do a lot of side projects in my yard, such as cut the trees, fix the shed, fix the fountain, build a rockery retaining wall with fraction of normal price. They do that with the spirit of looking for win win situation. Not just maximize their own interests. Really nice people to work with.

Angel responded to my request very quickly, worked on my water main the very same day. He did exactly what was needed to fix my leak, and gave an accurate estimate on his price. I recommend him for any similar work.

Dirt Cheap did a wonderful job solving our basement water problem. it was compounded by a 60 year old footing drain problem in conjunction with a downspout issue/

Dirt Cheap was amazing. We submitted the job on Tuesday and they came out the same day to see what was wrong with our draining, which was causing an extensive puddle in our basement. They brought the necessary diagnostic equipment, and were able to show me the broken drain pipe on one side and the clog on the other side. They promised they would send me a quote later that day. When I voiced a frustration with companies promising same day quotes and then not doing so (three companies had done so before, delaying the project), Angel verified that he had the correct email address and could text my phone. They said they could start Friday, if we accepted their service and then left. Later that afternoon, I received the quote by email and a text message asking if I had received the quote. We asked if someone could pick up the paperwork and deposit on Wednesday. To our surprise and happiness, instead of one person showing up to accept the paperwork and deposit, a crew showed up and work started that Wednesday. They were pleasant and professional. They worked long hours and they did a great job. They even came inside to fix a poorly installed toilet, after they had finished the outside project. I would recommend them 100%,

These guys were excellent!! They were also the low bid by a fairly large margin. Ours was a difficult job that required a lot of hand digging to repair a damaged sewer line. The guys were incredibly hard workers. Too bad there aren't more companies like this around!!

They did a great job. Cleaned up yard put in an outside drain in case I have another problem. Very good at explaining my sewer pipe problem. I really appreciate that they were able to fix the pipes so I could use my water when they weren't working like overnight. They removed the concrete block that crushed my pipe and disposed of it. Angel went out of his way to help me with a minor plumbing problem which was not part of this job. I would highly Angel and his crew to friends and relatives and would use them again

Colin and Chris are so nice, respectful and a pleasure to work with. I bid my project and they came under and did great timely work. Cleaned up well after and Chris even came back to have the guys tweak my landscape steps so they were even better than before.

Though there was some miscommunication between the guys doing the work and what was quoted, it was quickly and easily sorted out by a phone call and the job was done as expected. There were even suggestions made to make things easier down the road. Would definitely work with them again.
