We requested an estimate and within 1/2 hour Chris and Luciano were at our home; they inspected the problem we had and gave us a fair price. They are very knowledgeable and polite and obtained a building permit and all other necessary items. 2 days later Christopher and Michael were here to replace the pipe from the water meter to our home; both hard workers and conscientious. They were here from 7:30 AM until 6:00 PM in order to finish the job and to ensure that we had water. The next day Christopher returned to finish up, he returned our landscaping to what it was previously and cleaned up the area. We are very pleased and recommend them to others.

We had a very difficult problem. Their best plumbers were amazing, and solved it. But early in the process, less experienced plumbers were struggling. Keep this in mind if you have an unusually difficult issue. Dirt Cheap was persistent and put in the extra time and materials until the problem was solved at no extra charge.

Hard-working crew that did a top notch job. I was able to get on their schedule quickly when I had water leaking in through the foundation. They installed a french drain and diverted water to a pit they dug in the backyard. When they finished they put all the dirt they dug out back and cleaned up the yard as good as when they started. I would definitely hire them again if I needed a crew.

We could not be happier with the customer service and work done by Dirt Cheap. Angel helped us figure out what was wrong (failed septic system), what needed to be done (side sewer connection including re-working the waste lines in the crawl space), and where to go for permits. Angel and Collin were accurate on how much time permitting could take. The crews were very careful with our yard and house, and restored everything to the same condition it was previously. They were a pleasure to have around.

Angel called me within minutes of me putting in my inquiry and he showed up at my door quickly. On a Sunday! Sewer work is never cheap and who really wants to spend money on it? However, the price was fair for the amount of work they did and it was done right away. Nice guys, hard working and I totally recommend them :)

They came out with 2 hours of my call on a Saturday to provide an estimate that was $1000 lower than the two others and started work the following Monday to repair our broken sewer sideline. When your sewer is backing up into your house these are the guys to call reasonable price, fast scheduling and quality work.
