Aside from the 20,000 mile brake system flush and oil change I had different than OEM plugs in the car. They investigated the difference of OEM vs the aftermarket to the extent that even a picky Porsche owner could appreciate.

They tested every thing and they decided that it was the battery so the car is now running perfectly. He is the most laid back person you have ever met, he is really fanny.

My car was running fine when I drove it to Conaway Motors to have the battery checked. During Conaway's inspection, the fuel pump was destroyed. (The fuel pump may have been leaking, but the car was running fine.) I was told that Conaway did not recommend a used fuel pump and that the starter may also be bad. I was asked 3 times if I wanted to sell the car. I had the car towed to my mechanic in Seattle and a used fuel pump was installed. The 'battery' problem was that the central locking system was draining the battery.
Although I had good experiences with Conaway in the past, I will never again return to Conaway. The owner of Conaway Motors seems like a very decent man. I suspect he has hired one or two questionable employees recently.

they changed the oil and cleaned off the oil on the  motor. they looked at the pan gasket and found it did not need to be replaced. they also checked out the power steering pump. They said the steering pump hose was not tight and they tightened the hose. Tthey said the oil pan leak was from oil on the engine. I only paid for the oil change and they did not charge for inspection. my eurovan is difficult to change the oil on because the oil pan cover has to be removed and that is why the oil change cost $105. they saved me $1200 the dealedship was going to charge. NOW that is great news.

This family car is old and has MANY miles on her. The team at Conaway was the only ones I trusted to work on it. In setting up the appointments I was given an idea of what would need to be done and always felt in the loop. They explained how some services that could wait to be done in the future would be smart to take care of at this time since they would already be in there and thus saving us the large labor costs a second or third time further down the road. Both customer service reps at the front desk are kind and patient, always making you feel like your the most important one there, even though they are obviously very busy. Mechanics are thorough, take there time to really understand your vehicle, and do great work in a short time!

The crew at Conway Motors are great! I brought my car in unexpectedly, and they got to it right away. What I thought was going to be a giant bill (loud clunking noise when turning) - turned out to be a simly $130 fix (sawy bar link bushings). Since it was already in the shop, I had them to a few extras (replace some bulbs and and oil change). They were very prompt, and were in constant communication during the process. I am BEYOND satisfied by their level of commitment and customer service - will be back again!

We are always very happy with them.   They always are more than willing to just let us know what the problem is without trying to push any extras.  They are always really good like keeping everything and what has to be done.  Unfortunately we have a radiator issue so the price would be over $500.

They seem very honest, they have a good reputation, and they always do what they say they will.

I've been using them for approximately 25 years, on both American and foreign vehicles. Good service, high quality work. Anything that doesn't turn out right, they'll fix at no charge. They're very honest, not doing unnecessary work.

It has been a very excellent experience dealing with them.

Conaway has always done a good job for me on several cars over about 5 years. They are straight-forward and will explain why/how if you want and suggest options if there are some. They are busy but communicate well, and generally keep the schedule as quoted.

I would use their services in the future. They were courteous and kind while they were working with me. They were professional while they were working. The quality of their work was good. I would recommend their services.
