Description of Work: Excellent work! John and his son cleaned aged carpets in living, dining and bedroom. They were great to work with, answered all my questions and were completely professional and friendly. Description of Work: I purchased carpet cleaning from Carsten Carpet Cleaning company and the provider came to my home to complete the carpet cleaning on our agreed upon date. On arrival he told me his equipment would not reach the carpet on the lower level of my home with enough power for satisfactory results so he would be unable to honor the coupon. I emailed him asking for a refund and he told me that would be up to Angie's List to provide my refund as you retain the moneys.

Terrific!
Description of Work: I have been using John for a couple of years now. He is always professional and does a very good job. I have used several cleaners in 30 years of my rental business and my own homes and John is the BEST. He is the best carpet cleaner because when he is done with cleaning my carpets they look like new!!! They are 14 years old.

GREAT JOB, AND VERY POLITE. HE GOT ALL OF THE STAINS OUT WITHOUT A PROBLEM. I CANT BELIEVE THAT HE GOT THE STAINS OUT SO EASIALY. I TRIED EVERYTHING AND COULDNT GET THEM OUT.

THE SERVICE WAS VERY, VERY GOOD. I WAS VERY PLEASED THAT HE WAS ABLE TO REMOVE ALL THE SIGNS OF DIRT FROM THE CARPET. IT LOOKS WONDERFUL AGAIN, JUST LIKE WHEN IT WAS BRAND NEW.
