I had some extremely dirty carpet and upholstery. We have two dogs, so it gets pretty grimy. Carsten's was very meticulous and they took their time in order to get the job done right. I was very impressed with the final result. Our wall-to-wall carpet in the basement looks very clean, and the couch and chair look great.
They are also very responsive and easy to work with, courteous and trustworthy. Highly recommended!!

I have had John out to do various carpets in my house several times, and I would recommend him for anyone! He is responsive, professional and committed to doing a quality job. My Family room carpets take a beating since it is the primary entry and exit from the house and the only room that our dog stays in. I have Carsten's out on a regular basis and I am always amazed how well it looks after completion. He uses a rotating attachment that does a deep cleaning which is what they need. He has powerful equipment and I have noticed a faster dry time since I have switched to using Carsten's. Quality people and quality work!

We have been using John for a number of years now and he always does a great job. Really nice guy and does a great job as well. The latest in equipment, clean and neat and the carpet always looks like new when he is finished. Try him, i know you will be pleased.

John and his assistant worked hard to accommodate my ever shifting
schedule and when they arrived, they were courteous, professional, and
did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. We have a 6 year old artist
that spilled some bright blue oil paint on our cream carpet (the splat
mat failed). Even though the stain was over a month old he was able to
pull it out so it looked like it was never there! Amazing! You can trust John
to take good care of your flooring.

He’s been here twice. He’s always been on time, always does what he says, and his prices are good. The carpets are very clean, so I definitely got my money’s worth. I have no complaints and I’m planning to call him again!

The service has been great overall! He does what he says he’s going to do. After one of his cleanings, a stain showed up a day later, but he was very responsive in coming out to re-clean the stain. He truly does a good job and he really knows what he’s doing! He does have a lot of certifications, so he’s a master carpet cleaner, which really shows in his work.

Over the weekend we discovered a place one of our cats had relieved himself. I cleaned it up with white vinegar and water but the odor was still there. I have known John Carsten for a number of years and he had told me in the past about products he has to remove these odors and throughly clean the carpet. I called John on Monday and on Wednesday he was there to clean the spot. After John completed his work, we can detect no odor and our carpet looks like new.

I had a little bit of a wait for them to get there the day of the appointment due to an earlier appointment they had problems with.
Once they started they went all out and worked hard getting the work done. My carpets and couch looked great, I'm very happy with Carsten.

CARSTEN CLEANING IS EFFICIENT AND HAS ALWAYS BEEN ABLE TO REMOVE STAINS I THOUGHT WERE SET IN FOR GOOD. ALSO HAS SAVED OUR CARPET SEVERAL TIMES WERE THEY HAVE BEEN ABLE TO PATCH CARPET SO WE DID NOT HAVE TO REPLACE THE ENTIRE THING.

GREAT JOB, AND VERY POLITE. HE GOT ALL OF THE STAINS OUT WITHOUT A PROBLEM. I CANT BELIEVE THAT HE GOT THE STAINS OUT SO EASIALY. I TRIED EVERYTHING AND COULDNT GET THEM OUT.

THE SERVICE WAS VERY, VERY GOOD. I WAS VERY PLEASED THAT HE WAS ABLE TO REMOVE ALL THE SIGNS OF DIRT FROM THE CARPET. IT LOOKS WONDERFUL AGAIN, JUST LIKE WHEN IT WAS BRAND NEW.
