I thought Noel was very innovative in solving the problem I had without tearing out my walls, and giving me the result I needed in my time frame. He also made an effort to give me what I needed within my price range. He was very pleasant and a pleasure to have in my home. I trusted him completely. I'd hire him again for my next plumbing needs.

Sump Pump - Repair or Replace
The seal for the master bath toilet was leaking which he replaced. I was concerned about the shower leaking which he checked and offered to replace the cartridge, but in his opinion didn't need it and showed me why. He also checked the sump pump, which actually was working. Noel was friendly, polite, efficient, and had everything he needed to do the repair on his truck. He gave me an estimate before beginning the work. I'd definitely hire again.

Noel was a bit hard to get hold of during the work day, and he forgot to email me a quote for the project, but he showed up promptly, his work was excellent, he cleaned up well after the work, and the price was what he quoted. I would hire Noel again.

Good work, very friendly, very prompt. I've had Noel come out multiple times for various issues, and in emergencies like when my garbage disposal leaks, he's very accomodating. He has installed faucets, replaced garbage disposal, fixed a leaky bathtub, cleaned out slow-moving drains.

responded to my post on HomeAdvisor and came out the next day and fixed problem, which was outside the house so I didn't need to be here. Fixed problem and I payed over the phone. I never met the plumber but problem was fixed and everything is working.

Noel is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in this field. He knew right away what the problem was when I briefly spoke with him and gave me a price quote. He came prepared with the right parts and went to work repairing a leaky bathtub faucet. I would hire him again.
