My heater stopped working and Airpros came to the rescue! It was easy to contact them, they were available to come out in a reasonable time and the work was fast and effective. I will be using Airpros going forward.

Prompt, courteous, explained what he was doing quite well. Rather than ordering a part and jacking up the price, he recommended that I order it online (which I did), and showed me how I'll install it.

Airpros energy scheduled a next day appointment. They were quick, professional and did not overcharge for their services. I will definitely use them again.

I would have given them a 5 out of 5 but unfortunately we initially got our wires crossed and they weren't able to come when we first scheduled. That said when we finally did coordinate they were great!

We ended up having to replace our furnace and it was done fairly quickly. The men that worked on it were professional and helpful.

They arrived as planned, got right on the project and took time to explain what they were doing during the install. Very talented and very customer oriented. Cost was right on the money per their estimate. I won't know how the air conditioner actually works for us until next summer, but everything functioned as desired during the testing. I am very pleased.

Mark completed the work on time and the quality of the work was well above that of most contractors I have hired. There were several extra steps he went to that were very much appreciated yet was clearly not required to get the job done. For example, the access panel for my furnace filters was very snug against a pvc pipe making it quite difficult to get the filters in and out. Mark and his crew took it upon themselves to rebuild the ducting that holds the filters so that it was out of the way of the pipe. He also installed a servicing switch next to the furnace to make it easy to disconnect the power without needing to throw the breaker. Several other nice touches that I really appreciated and would not have expected to have been done. Mark used top of the line products and was happy to chat for some time as I asked questions about the new system. He didn't make me feel like I was bothering him despite being a very busy guy. The price was a little on the high side of my budget but in return Mark was offering a considerably better unit than other quotes I had received so overall I think it was great value for money. Great customer service, great workmanship and fast turnaround. You can't go wrong with a guy like that.

Mark with AirPro Energy did a great job installing my A/C unit! A year later I had a little problem and they were out the same day to take care of it. I would highly recommend AirPro to anyone who needs affordable heating and air.

I had Air Pro Energy install a new furnace and central air conditioning. I found Mark to be a straight shooter, very knowledgable and personable. He presented what I consider to be a very reasonable estimate after getting a few bids - and the work was completed in a couple days after deciding to go with Mark. Once the team was onsite, I found everyone to be very cordial, respectful, and they worked their butts off to get the job done.

I am having Mark Johnson (Mark@Airproenergy.com) complete this work for me (heat pump) 2 days after I close on June 13th. In initially meeting with Mark to get a quote - he was an extremely knowlegable experienced professional. If his work is 1/2 as good as his presentation and the price he quoted - I will be a very happy "cool" new homeowner! I plan to write another review after the work is completed - and I honestly feel it will go just fine!

Mark was friendly and reliable. One of the most efficient contractors I've met. When he said he would be at my home at a specific time, he was a few minutes early! He did an amazing job installing my new heat-pack unit. It wasn't an easy job and he did it in one day. The crew cleaned up before they left :) I am happy I chose this company and would highly recommend them.
