ALLEN'S FURNITURE

Issue after issue with this company. My husband and i ordered a couch set thru Allens in November 2016. We were referred to Allens thru a coworker and since they had good reviews and were close to home. I wanted to give them a try. My husband and i looked over their showroom and instantly feel in love with a oversized chair and a loveseat and an ottoman. We feel even more in love with the fact that we could customize it anyway we wantes too, with colors and thread style and so forth. We placed our order and put 50% down on our new set. They told us we would expect delivery in 10-12 weeks and that the remaining balance was due at the time of delievery. Which was perfect. After 6 weeks went by a customer service rep called and told me that our new set was ready for delievery.( i was so surprised and pleased) however they told me that when they were doing their inspection that they found a tear in the arm of our loveseat ans that they had to order a new arm for the chair. But assured me it was already ordered and that i would be receiving the new arm in about 4 weeks. After they delievered my new set. I knew i was going to be expecting a tear on the arm. And that was it. Come to find out after getting the couches delievered, an arm rest was torn also a wooden leg had a big gash in it as well. So i had to call and had to reorder those part aswell.. 6 weeks later. I recieve my new parts. And now the color doesnt match and they have to come out again. Which will now take another 6 weeks for the new parts to come in. Please everyone steer clear of this business and dont waist your time. I waited a total of 18 weeks for these couches and they are still not right.
