They did a dustless system and they are very professional. We have already paid them for what they have done. We gave them a down payment. It is actually three sections and the first section is done and we have paid for that. These people are perfect and we are pleased with the price. They are local and very punctual; they show up right on time. We would absolutely use them again and we would recommend them to anyone.

They did tile at our entry way, bathroom and laundry room. They did hardwood in one room and are doing another two rooms, which is the kitchen and dining room with the same wood as before. They are just really good. Michelle is the person that comes out and does the measurements and helps you in picking your stuff. We have dealt with her both times. They are timely and work around your schedule and we really like them. We spent around $20,000 on that work. They are usually good about helping you find coupons.

We visited the Reliable showroom in Edmond's and picked out some samples to take home. When we couldn't settle on color for the carpet, we brought in a sample of what we'd like, and they were able to match it almost identically. The selections for bathroom floor vinyl and countertop/backspalsh came out to be perfect. We then accepted Reliable's bid and work was scheduled for a couple weeks later. Bathroom first, followed by plumber the next day to install a new toilet, followed by the carpet installation the next day. Workers were pleasant and professional. The end result looked better than expected, leaving us the only regret, being we waited so long to have it done.

It went kinda bumpy because the first pack of wood was the wrong wood, the second pack was mailed incorrectly. In the end I loved the floors and we will use them again. They were really pretty easy to work with.

Their price was a lot lower than other places, which is ok for now. The quality of their tiles and carpet is not all that great but I guess you get what you pay for. I do however wish that they would have been able to finish the job on time. There is one thing that did impress me as in the middle of the installation, the carpet happen to go on special. When I brought it to their attention, they gladly gave me back $250 on the cost of the materials. Their customer service was very kind to do that for me.

VERY disorganized. We call them "unreliable floors" and I have heard the same description from other previous customers. They are very nice and eventually performed the work but did not do so in the time frame that was specifically discussed. We discussed the time frame at length as it necessitated closing our business and the workmen who came did not perform the work ordered, worked 4-5 hour days and generally made some serious mistakes. "Unreliable" eventually fixed the mistakes but the whole experience caused a great deal of lost revenue for my business.

"WHEN WE WENT TO DO THE INSTALLATION WE ENCOUNTERED ISSUES WITH THE CONCRETE FLOOR IN THE BUILDING. WE HAD TO DO A LOT OF FLOOR PATCHING WHICH REQUIRES DRYING TIME. THAT IS WHY WE ONLY WORKED 4-5 HOUR DAYS. ULTIMATELY, THE CONDITION OF THE CONCRETE DOWNSTAIRS PREVENTED US FROM INSTALLING THE MATERIAL SHE HAD SELECTED. THE CUSTOMER COULD NOT FIND A PRODUCT THAT SHE LIKED THAT WAS SUITABLE FOR THAT INSTALLATION. WE COULD HAVE INSTALLED THE MATERIAL ANYWAY BUT THE FLOORING WOULD HAVE FAILED AND SHE WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN HAPPY WITH THAT EITHER. UNFORTUNATELY, SHE HAS A BUSINESS THAT HAS TO BE SHUT DOWN FOR THE INSTALLATION. SOMETIMES WE ENCOUNTER PROBLEMS THAT ARE UNFORESEEN AND WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THOSE, THAT IS WHAT HAPPENS IN OLDER BUILDINGS. NOBODY LIKES SITUATIONS LIKE THIS AND WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE THIS CAUSED HER."

THE RELIABLE FLOOR COVERING COMPANY CAME TO MY HOUSE AND RECOMMENDED THE PERGO FLOORING FOR OUR SOMETIMES FLOODED BASEMENT REC ROOM. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT ALL THE DIFFERENT POSSIBILITIES.
