Courteous, extremely professional, excellent attention to detail. I got the recommendation from several neighbors on a local Facebook page, I'm glad I did. This is a local family company with a history and a presence in the area. Mr. Addicott oversees every aspect of the operation, and he is really knowledgeable. We have small pets, and every day there were guys on the ground with magnets to make sure there weren't any nails left. They showed up when they said, protected the job if the rain started, and finished on time. They found a some rotted decking and joists, and they replaced them all - like new. They replaced the skylights. Everything was done right. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Addicott Roofing.

It went pretty well. The crew was hard working and polite. The lead man Eric was awesome to work with. Two years aftern the new roof was up, we asked the company to come back to check on it and made sure everything was still in good shape and nothing needed to be attended to. The owner of the addicott roofing came and he said nothing to worry about. Good to go.

Rod and team were outstanding. Performed a complete re-roof, including removal of 2 layers of improperly installed shingles, removal of defunct wooden chimney and replacing plywood sheathing as needed, installation of new ridge vent and installation of new shingles and all necessary flashing. Originally told us us it would be 2-3 weeks. Rod called every couple of days to update us on the install date. Once Rod and Team started, they were done in just under two days. Quick, efficient and did exactly what they said they would with no surprise costs.

Aside from the 2 sticky spots that were left on the glass the work was good. The 2 workers that did the labor were very nice. But in all of the 3 times someone from addicott has come out they have never once called first or attempted to schedule anything with me. I have called them & requested that we schedule times but either I never hear back or the next time I do its bcus they are at the door knocking. When they came to do the job it was around 8:30am, 1 worker strongly knocked on the door until someone answered to say they would be on the roof while the other worker was already up there banging to remove the old glass. They finished in less than 3 hours which was great & the price seemed very reasonable to me. I just believe that for a company in this line of work the customer should always have some sort of a heads up that you are coming, not everyone will just let you show up when you please assuming you still have the job.

I was told that I need to call Tamko to file a claim with them for the defected products and Addicott washed their hands of this situation. I was told by various roofers that Tamko has stopped sending products to the northwest because of faulty products. I've had no support or offers from Addicott to resolve this situation. I am not happy with the outcome. As a result of this, I unexpectedly have to replace my roof after only 9 years which creates financial hardship for me.

Our roof needed to be replaced, including the replacing of several sheets of plywood that had separated and were unsafe.
Atticott Roofing was one of several companies who responded with bids for our job. Every step of the way they were professional. They appeared on time, their pricing was very competitive and accurate. There were no hidden or unexpected costs.
The roof was completed on time and they were very careful not to damage gardens and plantings near the house. The site was left immaculate when they finished. All of the workmen were businesslike and very hard working. Even though the weather was extremely warm they worked quickly and finished the job in about a day and a half.
We were very pleased in all areas and didn't hesitate to recommend them to our daughter, who later used Atticott to replace her roof. I think our son is also considering using them.

.I met with Mr. Addicott at my rental property to review that roof repair was what was needed, 1/2 of the roof. We set schedule and he proceeded to complete job. His crew cleaned up all debris and kept the tenants aware at what they were doing

The year-old roof was completely torn off, inadequate insulation applied in previous job removed, and the new roof was installed completely and properly. The entire process took only about 4 days. The crew were polite, efficient and on time. After the new roof was installed Rod returned several times to address a leak around the chimney, and new caulking applied around the flashing. There was also a small leak in the carport which he addressed and fixed immediately. So far, the roof has held up well and looks good. I would definitely use Addicott Roofing again in future projects. They were professional, skilled, and competitive. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others in need of touchdown roofing jobs.

They are excellent. They came when they said they were going to come. They finished in time. They just worked like beavers here, and they did an excellent job. We've had no trouble since with leaks or anything. The price was average. It certainly wasn’t cheap, but it was an excellent job, so we expected to pay for it. They are just a wonderful company.

Rod repaired the same small section of roof twice within a couple of years, we continue to have a leak which now is causing damage to the house. I contacted him over six times during 12/2012-2/2013, he will not return my phone calls, he lets the answering service take the call screening his calls. We have over $1000 of internal damage, all we wanted is talk to him about the repair and get fixed.. Beware of this company he does not stand behind his work or even discuss options to repair a leak.

"We did a repair for [member name removed] in 2009 on a composition roof that was not done very well by a previous roofing contractor. The roof also had a bad design, with water collecting between the house and garage. The repair was for $100 with no guarantee. About 1 ½ years later in May of 2011, she called again about several problems with the roof including the same leak as before. We then reflashed 2 pipes, 1 vent and refastened the loose ridge cap. We also took apart the area between the house and garage and repaired that area also with no guarantee. She then ordered a $400 skylight, which was special order, then refused to have it installed as a replacement unit. After she authorized the work and we completed it, she started complaining about how we should have guaranteed the 1st repair, and how we should pay her for the damage that occurred at the time of the second repair (damage that had started long before our company became involved). [member name removed] called again this spring about repairing her roof yet again. She had not been happy with our work and we were certainly not enjoying working for her. Her call was admittedly not returned as we were busy at the time and did not feel confident we could solve her ongoing roof issues. They did a really good job. It took them 7 hours to do the whole thing. They had an 8 man crew and do an extremely good job on cleanup. They have very good equipment and are very professional. They even come back the next day to make sure everything is right. You don't have to chase them down. The cleanup is excellent and they put tarps every where and even over my wife's plants. When they are done they also vaccum out your gutters. Its a family run business and is going on the 3rd generation. My neighbors have gone with them too.
