They were great. They came out quickly and came out when they said they will come out. The cleaning didn't last as long as they did in the past. The carpet got dirty again pretty quickly. There was a lot of carpet they needed to clean but they did it quickly, in two hours. I will possibly use them again.

The experience was excellent. The gentleman was prompt, clear on what he would be doing, and very pleasant. I was able to order the cleaning and pay on-line, schedule the appointment on-line as well. I read the reviews before I selected this firm. My experience was similar to the reviews on line. I am very satisfied and would use them again!

Very well. We were able to get next day service due to a cancellation. The service person was pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. The carpet cleaned up nicely, as did a chair's upholstery. The technician used a black light to locate stained areas, some of which we didn't know existed. I also liked the fact that there were several levels of service from which to choose, rather than a "one size fits all" approach.

The cleaning went perfect. They did an amazing job on cleaning the dog accident areas...no replacement needed. We upgraded to the "deep cleaning" or pet related cleaning and feel it was totally worth the slight increase in cost. Highly recommend!!!

We needed 3 rooms cleaned. I booked the services and paid at booking. I waited for a call from Rainier to set up date for service. I did not receive a call and after 3 days called Rainier directly and they did not answer, but line disconnected after 2 rings. I email customer service at Rainier and my email bounced back. I called Angies List Customer Service and was asked to let them try to contact Rainier. I did, did not not hear back from Angies list. I then sent an email to Angies List Customer Service. I sent another email asking Angies List to find me another suitable provider. Again, I did not hear from Angies List so after a couple of days I sent Angies List an Email requesting that they return my $203.00 for services not performed. After another day, I received and email from Angies Liost Customer Services saying that they will refund my $203.00 but that I should wait an additional 2-3 days for the credit. I believe that Angies List will return my money, but I am very unhappy about the length of time it has taken to sort this out. 1 week - 10 days is unacceptable. Good-by Rainier ChemDry, Good-by Angies List.

Black light showed the spots. They did a great job and got it all out. If you have a large home make sure you tell them to bring hose extensions or it may take a second trip like mine. Great job over all. We are happy. 2nd time using them in 2 years.

Highly professional! I called when another company fell through and boy did they deliver...and next day too! My carpet wasn't overly dirty but let's just say potty training for my puppy wasn't going very well...another company quoted me over $500 to pull the carpet back, replace the padding, and apply a sealant on the sub floor. Rainier Chem-Dry has a special procedure for dealing with pet urine that not only cleans the carpet but goes after the urine crystals in the padding and sub floor! Bottom line: yes these guys are a bit more pricey than your basic carpet scrub. But if you are dealing with urine spots, these guys can't be beat!

Great, the technician was prompt and on time. I work outside frequently, and on occasion i track the dirt into the home soiling the carpets. Also, I have two kids that like to run in and out of the house which adds to the mess in the carpet. In addition the carpet is 10 years old, so the high traffic areas are worn quite a bit. Rainer was able to take out the dirt and grime with just there legacy treatment. The carpet looks excellent, but you can still tell its an old carpet. Next time I will go for their deep cleaning option.

It went well. The provider showed up on time and was very courteous. My only complaint was that the carpets took quite a bit longer to dry than what the person estimated. It took up to 6 hours in a couple of the rooms.

I recently purchased an older home. Everything needed to be cleaned before my furniture was delivered from out of state. On short notice Rainier Chem - Dry was on the job. I used a discount through Angie's List but the job ended up to be more expensive than I originally planned. Hector was on time, pleasant and through. There were urine stains that I was unaware of that his black light helped identify and a smell that was probably cigarette smoke. He wrote an estimate, applied what I prepaid and I approved the work. No surprises even with the extra cleaning I requested. Hector worked for seven hours without a break and did an excellent job. There was a small addition error to the bill and minor wall damage. I called the office and spoke with the owner, Joanne. She immediately reviewed my bill and offered a refund. She sent another employee to repair the wall damage (a door knob hit the wall causing a small hole). Everyone was professional, honest and sensitive to the time restraint. I highly recommend them.

Everything looked clean after the chem dry application and it dried very quickly--in two hours or so. It's a lot better than regular shampooed carpet which leaves a residue, and seems to collect more dirt afterward.
