HEATING GUY

My central heating unit quit. I found The Heating Guy in the phone book, called and made an appointment for the next day. He gave me a one hour time frame and arrived within that window. He was courteous, knowledgable and efficient. He fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. About nine months later I had problems with it again (it would try to ignite but would shut down before completing the ignition cycle). I called The Heating Guy again and he came out by the end of that day. The ignition system needed to be cleaned, which he did. When I went to pay him he refused payment saying that he sould have cleaned the ignition system when he was out the first time and apologized for not doing so. His honesty, courtesy and promptness gets a big thumbs up from me. I know that some people will say he souldn't get an A because he had to come back to do what should have been done with his first visit. But he's human. He was honest and corrected his mistake with no charge to me. Excellent customer service in my book.
