Eugene knocked it out of the park starting with our first introduction through each follow-up! He was highly professional, and super courteous throughout the entire effort. He listened and answered all my questions at a level I was able to understand.
With my previous draft-person and “prior to meeting and hiring Eugene” the first submittal failed with my local City Hall.

Eugene created a beautifully designed ADU. It is perfectly designed and everyone who stays absolutely loves it! He turned an old garage into a perfect studio with a full kitchen and laundry .
