Walt and Jean were so amazing, and took their time to explain every step of the process. He even recommended I take photos and videos to help me remember how to deep clean my pellet stove. We could not have asked for a better experience. He said our stove was already pretty clean thanks to my tedious husband, but then showed us all these places we didn’t know opened or could be cleaned. Now it’s in tip top shape. I will absolutely be recommending them to anyone and everyone who needs their pellet stove looked at. They were so knowledgeable, and very open about everything they were doing. Support local companies!

Charged me $300 just to look at my gas fireplace. Was told it would be over $2000 plus tax. Got a 2nd estimate and they did it for half the price. I would definitely get a 2nd opinion if you have them over. Saved myself over 1k going with a different company!!

I have used others in the past. After finding Stove Tech, I have not used any other company.

Very poor customer service. and seemed overpriced. They charged $89 "trip fee" even though they are located about 3 miles from my home, plus $89/hour. The tech spent about 2 hours on my stove. The next day I was unable to remove a part that needed cleaned. I called and asked for someone to return to my home. The person I spoke with told me no one was available until the afternoon and would they will call back that afternoon when someone could come by. I never received a call back and I called again myself 3 or 4 times leaving polite messages to please let me know when they could come back. No calls were returned. Very poor customer service. A friend was able to fix the part that needed removed for cleaning.

He was very helpful and friendly. He came three days before any other company could schedule us. He fixed the problem very quickly, right before the big freeze hit last December. We were very happy with this service.

This is my second year using Stove Tech to service my aging gas fireplace inserts. Prior to that I was using another service who never quite got it all right. I was very pleased with Stove Tech last year, and remain so this year.

I was very pleased with Stove Tech. I watched him doing his work, and he was much more particular and thorough than the guy I hired last year. It ended up costing more than expected, because one of the blowers had to be replaced, but the both fireplaces look good and are performing well.
