Description of Work: Did some trouble shooting on our pump and got it working in no time. Came after five pm and didn't charge an extra fee for after hours.

Description of Work: Drained air from well pressure tank and adjusted settings.. |Problem (air in water line) returned within a few days.

Description of Work: A while back Hall and Son Installed a pump and pressure tank on a new well. That job went so well that I called them to discuss a water softener installation. | |While they couldn't help me (they don't sell the product I was looking for) they were quick to respond and friendly.

Description of Work: They were great. Super knowledgable. Problem is everyone loves them and there is only so much time in a day so you may have to wait a bit if they are busy. If they can get you right in or if you can hang in there they are well worth the wait.

Description of Work: I tried for MONTHS to get someone to come and give me an estimate on some pump work. (this is the company that installed the well system) The woman I spoke with many, many times kept assuring me that someone would call me and come out for an estimate. I would call back days later and she would excuse the situation and insist that someone would call by the end of the day. Never happened. This went on for several months until she said they did not want the job! Always an excuse and a promise for a call that day or the next morning. WHY would they not say that months before so I would be able to find a company that WOULD take the job so I could continue with my project. VERY poor business! VERY poor business! No services were ever performed!

Description of Work: Absolutely fantastic! We had a serious well water pressure issue and had been on the waiting list for several months with a different pump company. After being told multiple times by that other company that we weren't "priority" and they'd "get to us when they could", we decided to call Hall & Son Pump Co. and we're extremely glad we did. They called us back immediately, put up with our crazy schedule, limited availability, and us rescheduling on them a couple times, and were out to our house within just a couple of weeks of our original request. I have no doubt they would have been out much sooner if we hadn't given them such a limited choice of when we'd be home and if we hadn't rescheduled on them twice! They were very patient with us. When they arrived the got right to work , found and fixed the problem for us very quickly and also took care of some other issues for us, all for a VERY reasonable price. We are very happy with them and will use them for all of our well/pump needs in the future. We highly recommend them.
