Description of Work: Installed my new kitchen faucet. I paid extra to have him on a contract to come out once per year to check on my plumbing in general. I also asked him to tell me what it would cost to do some other projects that I may at some time require.

Description of Work: It's around midnight during a party, when a leak is in my basement ceiling. I shut off all water and quickly hunt for a plumbing company. Robinson was 24 hours service so they got the call. They arrived next morning to take a look at it. | |They informed me upfront that they do not repair walls. I find this odd as most piping is behind walls, you would think that a plumbing company might have a contractor at least who offers to fix this kind of stuff. Maybe a reference. Nothing. Just that they don't fix the walls. | |I'm anxious to fix the issue, so I agree and agree to the $300 price. Guy goes and cuts open my ceiling where the leak was, looks around and finds that there is no water pipe. There is a gas line and that is it. Except that there was a bucket full of water underneath the ceiling and the removed piece had water damage. Guy couldn't figure out where the water was coming from, but there was no water pipe and thus no leak. So job done, he leaves. | |I call my contractor friend out to help me patch the ceiling. He finds out the issue in 5 minutes. Cable heading from upstairs to downstairs wasn't sealed in properly and someone spilled some drink during the party, it flowed down the hole, following the cable. | |Robinson came in, tore a hole in my ceiling for 300 dollars and gave me no answers. I would not use them again.

Description of Work: We called Robison Plumbing Service to my Mother's house. She had a few things to fix, a leaky faucet, a toilet that kept running, a clogged tub drain, and a couple other odd jobs. The gentleman did all the little jobs for my mom and then refused to take any payment, saying that he didn't do much and didn't use any parts. He didn't even charge a minimum for the service call. | |My Mother is terminally ill. It just made her day to have somebody be so kind to her and ask for nothing in return. I plan on calling Robison Plumbing Service when we re-plumb our old farmhouse.

Description of Work: Called to put in an outdoor faucet. They came and gave me an estimate of putting in a T off the water line and run pipe approximately 15 ft. Did an excellent job, quote was accurate but expensive.

Description of Work: Contacted Robison Plumbing to come for a quote to install a backflow valve which we were told was required by the city or they would shut off our water. The service person looked at our irrigation system and talked to the city explaining why we did not need it. Problem solved. This saved us approximately $1000 and he did not charge us a dime. Can't thank them enough!

Description of Work: I discovered a bad leak in my house on the 2nd, called Robinson on the 3rd and Luis arrived the next day. He immediately pin-pointed where the leak was coming from and fixed the problem. He did an outstanding job! I definitely will be calling Robinson Plumbing for future plumbing needs.

Description of Work: Received quote of $425.00 to replace a leaking kitchen sink faucet, the replacement for which had already been purchased. The quoted price was for labor alone, and due to the exhorbitant cost, the job was declined. Another company than installed it for $142.00, inclusive of the tax.

Description of Work: I recently had another excellent experience with Robison Plumbing. I had a faucet that had a slow drip. The faucet was about 20 years old and previous attempts to have it repaired have ended in frustration. Other plumbers had suggested that replacement parts were not available and repair would involve tearing out the wall behind the shower and replacing the entire valve and oh by the way they didn't do wallboard repair. The dripping had increased so I called Robison. Steve came out and after confirming the diagnosis said he would research the issue and find a replacement. Steve worked with the manuf. to find a cartridge that would work and stopped the leak. In addition, he was also able to find several other parts to replace worn cosmetic elements. Steve's commitment and perseverance was much appreciated and is a credit to Robison Plumbing. I would recommend him to anyone.
