Description of Work: Our conclusion afterwards is that the job they did was so-so. All of the areas looked clean initially, but some of them, in particular the steps to the basement and an area in the basement carpet, were not done that well. At those two locations the dirt seemed to come back within a few hours.

Description of Work: Great experience. He arrived a few minutes early. While he was here he was unable to confirm my purchase but went to work anyway. He was quick and thorough cleaning carpets for our entire living area, bedrooms, hallway and stairs. Because of the mix up with my purchase he added the stairs without extra charge.

Description of Work: They made my 22 year old rug look so good. They treated the pet stains and so far they have not come back! My rug has been through 22 years of kids, their friends, quite a few dogs and cats. Very, very nice work!

Description of Work: I had signed up for a basic cleaning, and pre paid for that. Given the area to cover, and the state of the carpet, I knew I'd need to pay a little extra. We very amicably came to an agreement on how much extra, and I was pleased with the work done. It's not perfect, but nothing short of replacing the carpet would have accomplished that!
