All Star Carpet Cleaning

They did a pretty good job. It wasn't what I would call top grade, but it was good enough. They added one feature which would get the carpet extra cleaned, and I paid an additional amount for that. They were here on time.

They did the job and used enezymes because they told me the carpets were too dirty. The carpets looked more dirty after cleaning than they were before. When I remarked  on this they said that they will look better after they dry. This never happend.
They also  initially refused to clean a carpet in the room that had a large stain on it, because they diagnosed the stain as mould. I argued that it's not mold, since the room was our son's bedroom and if there was mould we would take care of the problem.
After the service we had to replace the carpets because they looked much worse than before cleaning. And when the carpet in our son'd BR was lifted there were no signs of mould whatsoever.
Our conclussion is that the person that performed service was highly unprofessional. Experienced cleaners should know whether carpets can be cleaned (or have to be replaced) and do not waste customer's time and money.
I would not recommend this company.

Jed arrived on time, with a cheerful, friendly manner. He did an excellent job, working quickly and efficiently. He was obviously knew what he was doing, explaining what, and why he was doing the different procedures as he was doing them. The result was a carpet area that looked totally clean, no stain marks and better differentiation between the colours of the berber carpet. I would highly recommend All Star Carpet Cleaning, and will certainly use them again if I have other carpets needing to be cleaned. An additional bonus was the spray bottle of stain remover that Jed gave me. This was not at address noted below - it was a condo in Lower Kennydale, Renton.

The crew showed up on time and were very professional. We had already moved most of the furniture from the worst carpets, but they went one step further and moved additional items. We did add the stairs after they got here. Will use them again after we finish moving out this spring for one final cleaning.

They came out today. He said that he was willing to try, but he did not think the cleaning would really make a difference. We are replacing the carpets soon anyway. He advised me to get a refund for the deal.

Purchased a coupon deal. Contacted me the next day to arrange.  Was friendly, and got the job done as requested!

They called me the day of the appointment and said that both of their trucks were down and they were not going to be able to come out.  They were very apologetic and sent me a check for $25.00. I went with a different company who was able to make it out the same day.

Did a fine job, removed pet stains, we're very pleased.

I was so impressed with their work; I was actually contacted earlier than expected in hopes of starting early. He was professional, courteous, and I was charged as advertised in their coupon.  The house was clean after he got done with the work; left me a spray bottle to use for spots in the future.  I will call them again if I ever need carpet cleaned.  Great job well done.

The home looked very nice when he was finished, we got our full damage deposit back.  They were on time, professional and friendly.

I think they did a good job. Their quality seemed good. I did not notice any blotches in the carpet, and they seemed professional. I had a bunch of services happening in the house concurrently, and they were pretty accommodating to that as well. The price lined up pretty nicely with the deal. I do not remember having to pay more than what I got from the deal. I would recommend them to somebody else. I went with them because they seemed to have the best ball park and their rating was pretty high.

Nice people. Great customer service it went well some of my stains didn't come out of my carpet but they were a very nice company.

One cleaner came out to do the work and he was done very quickly.  I was happy with what they deal entailed which was 8 rooms without any square footage attached.  He showed us the difference in the cleaning on one half of the room. He also gave me some options on what kind of protectant we wanted on the carpets. The technician was very friendly and helpful in our appointment. He talked a lot and educated us on the different types of carpet we have in the home.  He called and said he might be 10 minutes late which he ended up being on time but I appreciated the good customer service.

I had purchased a big deal from All Star Carpet Cleaning, and set up the date to perform the service. The provider was very responsive and worked to get a good time for us. When he arrived at the site (a condo), he asked for access to an external water source, which we did not have available, because the work was in a condo and not a single-family home. There was no mention of needing this in the coupon.

He discussed using a portable cleaner at an additional charge, the charge had been included as a note in the big deal offering, but warned that it might cause damage to other carpets we had just had installed. Ultimately, we decided not to use All Star Carpet Cleaning, so I cannot rate their work. They were very responsive and came out quickly to do the job. However, we ultimately had to find someone else to do the work.

It turned out pretty good. The service was great. They came and were very friendly. The carpet didn't stay as cleaned for as long as I would hope but overall it was pretty good.
