Traditional Tile Roofing Repair

They installed a Malarkey mineral, not a metal roof and did a very good job and left things clean - I PUT DOWN SUCH LOW RATINGS BECAUSE THE HEADING SAID "METAL ROOFING" They did en excellent job!

I think DHT has a good product. I'm disappointed in their taking responsibility for letting my dog out as he was injured and they only paid a portion of the costs. They had agreed to stay out of the back yard, and I reminded the workers on the first day that the gates were to remain closed, yet the dog was in the 3 days in the hospital and a $7,600 vet bill. I'm still out $3,100.00. The roof was more expensive with the added costs.

"Contract was completed for a real estate transaction, and passed inspection. In regards to clean up, Mr. Tony R. piled up his construction debris on tarped that was scheduled to be cleaned up. We ended up hauling away all debris both his and ours at no extra charge."

I had DHT install an Alaskan SBS rubberized asphalt roof with a ice & water plastic adhesive under layer and gutters .The job was started on schedule and would have been finished a day early but the installers were supposed to install the gutters before the roofing was applied so they could wrap the ice and water sheeting over the edge to prevent water backing into the eves.Curtis(the owner) found out and came out a few days later and installed some extra edge trim and sealant.I was happy with the quick response and fix.otherwise I would have given them a 5.0 score if not for that.
