Description of Work: I called ahead and booked an appointment to get a bid on what it would cost to cut down a tree. At the exact time he was suppose to arrive, he called and said he could not get there for another 45 minutes to an hour. Ok, so we re-scheduled to another day. On that day the estimator called again and said he would be very late and would like to reschedule. At that point I had enough, as I took off work in order to make this appointment happen. I told him I was giving the job to another company if this is how you treated customers. It is always upsetting when people do not value my time.

+ -1 moreI had three fir trees leaving a lot of debris on my and my neighbors roof, proximity was pretty close to our houses, growing any kind of lawn or garden was next to impossible. I had five different estimates done for removal. Arbor-Tech was the first I called, and not the least expensive. But they were the only one that offered to match any other estimate. They were also the only one to actually follow up with a phone call, and an email, after the other estimates were done. I asked them to leave the wood in 16" to 18" round for me to split for firewood. They made short work of the trees, chipping and hauling the branches and other debris with care to surrounding structures. They left the area actually cleaner than it was before they came.
Description of Work: Removal of three 60-75 foot Douglass Fir trees.

+ -1 moreWhen it came to areas (stair-steps, corners, etc.) that required more artsy or aesthetic ingenuity than just structural know-how, Brandon and Joy listened to our desires and incorporated the most pleasing solution. I purchased the stones from Home Depot and Arbor-Tech, LLC met with the shipper on-site so that I didn't need to.
Description of Work: Arbor-Tech, LLC (Brandon, Joy and crew) constructed a beautiful self-stack garden wall that runs along the east facade of two Seattle (Judkins Park area) homes that we own that are sited side by side. The continuous wall is 4 ft tall at its highest point and required several days labor. It is approximately 180 feet long and their bid was the lowest.

Description of Work: Tree dropping and garden clean-up (pruning/ stump grinding, etc.). They were the only company, of all those that I phoned, that could fit the sporadic availability of my schedule.
