Description of Work: .The provider promptly called me to let me know his business does not manage mother-in-law apartments but rather the whole home. I appreciated his honesty and quick service.

Description of Work: Hired R Squared Properties as a property manager. Chris Roche met us at the property and went over their policies and procedures. Their management costs are slightly lower than other managers we interviewed. In addition, the company is responsive to our questions and began working on renting the property as soon as we hired them. So far, we have been very happy.

Description of Work: I ultimately chose to go with a different company, but I was still impressed by R2. Very responsive via phone and email--great to talk to. The main reason I chose another company was because R2 didn't do quarterly inspections. If they added a few more services like these it would be great. They definitely had the cheapest rates of any property manager I talked to, and I am keeping them in mind in case we need to switch property managers in the future.

Description of Work: R Squared Properties is the authorized property management company for Eastside Investor League, LLC. The Eastside Investor League manages a substantial portfolio of investor clients who purchase wholesale properties, and hold them to generate residual cash flow. Our investors clients, who do not want to assume the role of being a landlord, utilize the services of R squared properties to handle the responsibilities of rental marketing, contracts, maintenance, and repairs. Their pricing is very competitive. Competitive to the point where you have to do a double-take sometimes!
