All good, Peter and Chris are very responsive and professional. They found tenants in an incredibly short time and help thorough the process.

Everything went wonderful. Renting the property took a month or so due to being in the fall/winter market and Paul warned us about this. He did wonderful in getting tenants in our home and communicating through out the process.The monthly fees were very reasonable and competitive with other property management agencies. Anytime there was an issue with something not working properly or needing to be replaced, he always troubleshooted the problem and was already talking with professionals to troubleshoot before just sending someone out. He over saw all these fixes but always confirmed what we wanted as well.We received monthly statements and breakdowns for the rental as well. He did a 6 month walk through to ensure the property was being cared for. He gave us a detailed report not only on any damage to dry wall during move in but noticed things like cleaning the gutters and small upkeep items to help prevent future problems. We used a family member to sell our house as our real estate agent but Paul helped out and was more than on top of everything for use. I was so impressed with his work ethic, quick responses and communication, I would actually chose Paul for our future real estate purchases as well. My husband and I were beyond happy with R Squared Properties and Paul Romero.

My agent Paul Romero is excellent. He is very patient working around my busy schedule. He also offers several key improvement advises that helps to attract people to rent my property. He is great at coming up with good price for rental. He is very thorough as well. Stay on top of everything, photo taking, advertising, and maintainance/repairs. I basically pretty much worry-free after my property got rented out. Most importantly, he always keeps communication very smoothly, either via message or phone call.

So far it has gone great. They did a great job of advising us of what steps to take to get our home ready and the advertising for our home was very professional and widespread. They were able to rent out our home fairly quickly and everything has gone well up to this point. I have no reservations about recommending them to others. They've really put forth the effort throughout this process to deserve a strong recommendation.

I liked everything about them. They were very professional and they managed the property very well and made me money. They did a fine job. They got a percentage of what I took in on the rent and it was very affordable. I would definitely use them again.

He is able to find a tenant after two days of marketing and at a price higher than I expected. I have to say, he knows the market very well. After a frustrating experience with a previous property management company, I subscribed to Angie's List and found R-Squared. After meeting Paul, I was impressed with his professionalism and approach to property management. He had some great suggestions for getting the house ready to rent, took high quality photos, and did a great job with marketing. The house is now rented and I can relax knowing that I have a property manager who is conscientious and understands the business. I would recommend R-Squared over the bigger companies. Rates are a little lower, but the service much much better!

I have been very pleased with the services from R2 Squared Properties. I went with R2 Squared Properties after reading excellent reviews on Angie's List and I can say they were accurate. I took a job out of state that required me to move out of my condo quickly. I put all the repairs, touch ups and cleaning in his hands. They took care of everything and got the place rented for a better price and quicker than I had anticipated. They have been very professional and responsive to my questions and concerns and tracking the financials. I have been hands off on the management side which is exactly what I needed since I am out of state. I highly recommend them.

It was a financial decision and a family decision to not use a property manager at all. I felt terrible about the compressed time-frame but Paul was classy and helpful throughout. You get the sense that he valued his relations with people and didn't just see dollar signs. A stand up guy and as he is one of the R's in R squared it is safe to say a stand up business! If we ever do need a property manager in West Seattle, R squared will get our business.

My experience working with Paul with R Squared was great. He worked to get my condo rented and is now managing the property. With a professional photo shoot, posting ads on various websites, and several showings, he generated a lot of interest and was able to get a qualified renter with great references within 2 weeks of listing the property. I found R Squared through Angie's list and it had great reviews so I called them when I was trying to figure out if property management was the right direction I wanted to take with a property I own in Seattle. I contacted Paul Romero to take a look at my property and look at some options. I found him to be very professional, thorough and candid about his evaluation of my property. I appreciated his suggestions and knowledge of the rental market in my area. His follow up on some legal question I had were promptly answered in a very timely manner as he knew I was pressed for time. I ended up not using R Squared as I have decided to sell the property. However, based on my brief experience with Paul, I would not hesitate to use him if I were to look for property managers again.

Paul is very good and made every thing so easy. I found R Squared Properties from Angie' List. The reason I meet with Paul is because his reviews from both owners and renters were very positive. We meet and went over the property and gave us suggestions on what we could do to the property to improve it and set us apart from other properties. Paul's market analysis was right on.
