I met with Paul and he walked through my condo and explained all the details about their service. He was polite and articulate. He inspired confidence in just the way he presented himself and I hired them on the spot. Through out the years, they did an excellent job managing the tenants, including repairs and semi-annual inspections with full reports. I didn't really need to do anything, everything was taken care and I could trust that it would be done by the book. When it was time to sell, I had a lot going on in my life and I needed someone that could really take hold of the situation and drive it. Allan did just that. R Squared took care of all of the cleaning, which was part of the lease, and all of the hiring of contractors to have minor repairs and paint touch up done. In the end, the condo sold for way more than asking price and the same day it went on the market.

R squared was amazing! They made sure our property was ready to put on the rental market. They did all the advertising, which was a great ad. They found the perfect people to rent our property. They sent me the paperwork via email....I didn't even have to go into an office. I sent it right back....and our tenants moved right in. Flawless and easy!

They are excellent. We've really appreciated how patient and helpful they have been with us as first time landlords!

When we didn't renew the lease with the tenant, the situation quickly began to deteriorate. Consequently there was a bit of work to be done after the tenant moved out. R Squared Properties is one of the best investments I've ever made. Because they have a system whereby I can check on my status at any time, it's almost completely automatic from my end. I get alerted when there's something I need to pay attention to and I've never seen a payment from the renter missed. Regularly checking on the property and doing inspections are a hallmark of R2 Properties and I would recommend them to anyone. Paul and Chris both come and evaluate the property that is for rent. They give you detailed suggestions of anything that needs to be improved or changed before the property is listed. R Squared Propeerties handles everything when it comes to renting the apartments and taking care of any problems. Professional photos are taken and they do all the advertising and screening. Paul and Chris with R Squared Properties have been managing my single family home rental property in Seattle since 12/15/15. The R Squared website is professionally laid out and easily understood. Most questions I had with R Squared were easily answered by info provided on website. Services provided and all fees are very transparent. After initial contact Chris met me at property for inspection to ascertain condition of home and offered professional opinion on prospects for leasing property. I felt very comfortable and grateful for the professionalism and kindness displayed by Chris to me as he walked me through the process of the relationship that the R Squared team could share with both myself and future tenant. Chris had home professionally cleaned - minor touch up paint - carpets cleaned and minor yard work done to optimize comfort for future tenant prior to renting. R Squared has a professional network of providers who provided these services and others ( appliances, yard maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, handyman). All services provided are both professional and fairly priced. R Squared marketed home for us after researching comparable homes in area and determining fair market rate agreeable to us. After prospective tenant submitted application Chris ensured that they were properly and legally screened to ensure they seemed responsible and capable of meeting their tenant responsibilities to landlord. Since the tenants moved in Chris and his team have ensured the safety and quiet enjoyment of our tenant. Any time myself or tenant has had a question or concern Chris has responded to our e-mails or phone calls in a very prompt manner. Paul Romero is excellent to work with. He was clear on the state the property needed to be in prior to renting, kept us informed on the pipeline of potential tenants, setup the contract when we did find tenants and has been invaluable when minor maintenance issues have come up so far.

R Squared were amazing! We hired R Squared to find and manage tenants for our condo. Paul found trusted contractors for us to paint, clean, and repair the condo so that we could get it listed. He then advertised and screened tenants, and found us a good reliable tenant in a very short amount of time. Since then, he's liaisoned between the condo's property manager and the tenant, helping resolve an issue with the tenant leaving clutter on the front porch (forbidden by the rules of the HOA). I am very happy with their services and would strongly recommend using them in the future.

Both Chris and Paul are fantastic. They are on time with their appointments and most importantly, they do what they say they will do. They were able to find renters within a week of advertising the property. When the property needed something repaired, Chris worked closely with the contractor to get it fixed promptly.
