I've been using this company for a few years. Andy and his crew have the highest standards and are genuinely nice and trustworthy guys. Attention to near perfection with windows and Christmas lights is the reason we continue to use this company and I would highly recommend them. Two giant thumbs up for ProCare.

Service was excellent. The technician came on time and worked efficiently. He was courteous and professional. He cleaned up all the debris and did a great job. He was careful with the gates to the backyard to make sure they were closed properly.

They were out the next day after I called, I was told 12 noon and they arrived at 12 noon ...VERY NICE when someone is not early or late.... job was completed timely and completely.

Margit returned calls promptly and was proactive in getting estimates and calling about questions. They were able to get me booked almost immediately, even on a Saturday -- much appreciated! - Staff showed up for the appointment on time; were extremely friendly and helpful. They discussed services ahead of time as I'd requested, and heeded my cautions about using bleach near plants, and were careful when pressure washing not to do damage to paint. Very helpful and eager to do whatever was asked/wanted; asked me to assess the job afterward and were happy to give a couple difficult areas another "go" when I asked them. - The only "down-side" to Pro Care is that they aren't deck specialists; they'll pressure-wash them if you ask, but do caution you that you may need to re-stain and/or re-seal afterward. On their advice, we decided to book a different company to do this work -- but I was glad they were up-front about it rather than just going for the "quick buck" and possibly damaging the deck. - In hindsight, the windows probably could have used a little more attention in a couple places, but honestly I blame myself more for that; the interiors were scheduled to be washed by a different service, so couldn't really properly assess the thoroughness of the outside job and found a couple spots later on that I probably would have pointed out to them -- no biggie. To be clear: they WILL ask you to review their work and go back over anything you aren't happy with, and with a smile on their faces. - Overall, these guys are a definite "DO hire." I've asked them to schedule someone to come back to do my Christmas lights this season, and I'll be using this company to schedule regular cleaning on an ongoing basis in future. - Final note: while Pro Care are maybe a little more expensive than some other companies, they were up-front when bidding, and didn't invoice me for services they didn't end up doing -- which means they have good communication between the workers and their invoicing folks. They got someone out quickly (did it on a Saturday, even) and showed up when they said they would. Their scheduler was timely and proactive with communications and they were RELIABLE -- something that can be hard to find with contracting companies in a lot of cases. - Thanks, Pro Care -- you have my business. :-)

Getting an estimate and getting an appointment was so quick and easy. Garrett, the technician was also very professional, courteous and meticulous. What a team and a job well done. The windows are so clean!!

I didn't meet them in person since I was at work but I was able to see the before and after effect of the work. My roof is moss free and clean!

We have a lot of windows in our house, including skylights. This is the third time I've used ProCare and each experience has been great. I would highly recommend them. They arrive on time and do a great job.

I am a happy repeat customer, I think that speaks for itself. They contact me well in advance to schedule lights to be installed. After the holidays they are removed and I do not have to worry about it. If there is a short or they don't work it just takes a phone call and they are very responsive. I also use Procare for my windows, gutters and exterior maintenance. I am a happy satsified customer
