Excellent experience and customer service! The crews were professional and cleaned up after. The owner checked in on progress during and after to make sure I was happy and things were going well. Alex & his team were fantastic to work with. We had the slate removed from our kitchen, dining room & entry way with hopes of expanding the hand scraped acacia already in our home. Alex searched to find us the closest match & his team did an excellent job making it blend. We couldn’t be more happy with the quality of their work. We had an awesome experience with Best Floor Coverings! Alex and his crew—Victor and Andrew—did an amazing job installing hardwood floors throughout our entire house, including two staircases. The floors look absolutely beautiful, and the staircases turned out even better than we imagined. Alex gave us a really good deal, and you can tell he truly cares about quality and making sure everything turns out right. Victor and Andrew worked hard, paid attention to the little details, and kept everything super clean throughout the project. If you’re thinking about getting new floors or updating your stairs, I definitely recommend these guys. Super easy to work with, honest, and the results speak for themselves. Throughout the entire process of the remodeling project, Alex has been responsive, informative, accommodating and patient. I checked in with a multitude of contractors before deciding on Best Floor Coverings, and I certainly made the right decision. Alex and his crew have exceeded expectations at every step. The quality of their work on the flooring throughout my entire house, as well as the bathroom remodel, has made my family very satisfied. I purchased tile and contracted Alex as the general contractor for my master bathroom renovation. The total job plus my own materials was at 20k. I had him install high end fixtures and components. Alex provided the design and installers. He was on top of it all. He did a great job of preparing and covering the traffic space through my house. I am really grateful for him and his wife (also provided design input). I look forward to working with him in the future and wish him all the success!

Alex was amazing to work with throughout the project. His prices were really competitive and he was extremely knowledgeable. He was able to track down the exact match of the old flooring we had. His crew was outstanding! They efficiently removed the existing floors, including some tile, and kept the work site tidy. Iâ m a picky customer in general, but their attention to detail blew me away. I look forward to working with Alex and his team in the future. He is the only tile & flooring person I will ever use again !

Have had a few good experiences with them over the years, especially with customer service. This time we had a small hiccup when we received the wrong color shower floor tile. I didnâ t notice when I picked it up and the contractor installed it. Jason , and I assume he was the owner because he was so involved, did not blink an eye and made it right. Itâ s obvious he cares about your business.
