New lock would not work

Job well done.

It went smooth and quick. I appreciated kriss going to Home Depot for heavier anchor screws before starting the project. He showed me how to remove the shelfs off the track if needed.

It went well. He got the drywall done. In the meantime I had a flooding problem with the rain. He called to tell me about the water and brought in a dryer. After two plumbers told me there was nothing wrong, he also bought and installed a new sump pump. Jack of all trades.

He was there when he said he would be. They did it over two days, it took him about four hours. He was fine.

As expected

The gentleman arrived and set straight to work. He did have to read all the instructions, just as we would have had to do, but he kept at it until it was installed. It works nicely, and he apologized it had taken so long; it was not a project he would do normally.

Done in a timely manner, there was some paint on the floor and a couple of places could have been painted with a bit more attention to detail. The bathroom was in terrible shape so I was pleased with the outcome.

Mr. Handyman picked up my call immediately and got the work scheduled for 2 days later. Since they knew that the dry wall would need a follow up appointment to sand it and give it another coat, they scheduled that meeting as well. Lesley showed up on time, went over the work with me, and got started right away. We decided to leave the outside end of the vent as-is and to plug it with a metal sheet, fill the gap with spray foam insulation, and then patch the drywall. After the work was completed, you can't tell there was ever a large hole in the wall, and we no longer have to worry about any critters trying to get into the house that way or air leaking in/out. The other holes we needed patched turned out great as well. Lesley asked if we needed the patches painted over, but we passed since we're planning on completely repainting our bathrooms in the coming months. The first appointment took around 3 hours and the follow up was probably not even 15 minutes. Overall, I was impressed with how fast Mr. Handyman was able to get the work scheduled and with the work itself. I will definitely consider Mr. handyman the next time I need a job done around the house.

Good experience both with setting the appointment and with the gentleman who came out. It ended up taking a bit longer and costing more than originally predicted, but that is not their fault, and it was great that he had the flexibility to stay to complete the job.

Nothing really stood out. We would not use them again.

Do it 'til you get it right about sums it up. it was a bit of trial & error with me inspecting the results to prompt a better result. Spent 4 hours to complete a 2 hour job, but only charged for the 2 hour minimum. The outlets & switch are secured on the wall studs solidly & trimmed out well with new sheet rock. Fortunately, I had the time & patience to make sure it was done well & the handyman/electrician had the perseverance to finish the job right for the minimum regardless of the time required.

He was did a great job and I would use them again. He did show up late each morning which was a bit frustrating. My only other complaint was that he left scraps and we had to clean up after the job. The stuff was left on the side of the house so I didn't notice it right away.

Easy appointment, on-time arrival. Nathan was knowledgeable, efficient, personable. Cost of service was a great exchange for no longer having to worry about "those little things" never getting done!

They were average. They could have been a little bit more thorough in their work.

Dawn told me via phone that they were available on Friday 2/12, then called a couple of hours later and said they were not available on 2/12, that soonest availability was 2/16 when I am not available.
