When it comes to home repairs - like a roof repair - I'm always a bit squeamish about trusting a contractor to quote me honest prices for the honest amount of work that needs to be done. Mass & Mass was an excellent recommendation by HomeAdvisor.com. Wilson came out to my home in Bothell and assessed my roof that was needing repairs to the ventilation hoods and other misc. repairs. Wilson not only gave me a fair quote, but was very honest with me about what he assessed (which I already knew from a previous inspection). That told me he was up front honest and immediately built trust with me. He sent out his crew over a 3 day period because of the natural order of the work I requested and his crew was ontime, reliable and did a top notch job on my home. It gave me a great feeling to know my house was now rock-solid in protection against leaks and the upcoming winter season. I cannot thank Mass & Mass enough for the excellent work they did for what I thought was a fair price. These guys are EXCELLENT! I'll request them again without any reservation for future work I have planned.

The roof and gutter cleaning was done well. They also repaired a furnace flue vent. Some unexpected problems arose in the process of having the roof cleaned. The problems were then taken care of to our satisfaction and at no extra cost to us.

Mass & Mass responded very quickly to my Home Advisor request. With a good fair quote in hand they were turned on within a day to complete the big job of cleaning our roof & gutters. Fabio did an excellent job. The roof looks great again, he cleaned up everywhere very well afterwards, he was professional, and he was very efficient at getting the job done. He was a real pleasure to work with! This was not a small job but he sure did it well and in very timely fashion!! Will definitely bring Mass & Mass back again when we're ready for another cleaning.

So happy I found this company. I called on a Friday with a leaking asphalt roof. They came out to assess my roof damage on Sunday and repair was done on Tuesday! Soooo easy, roof leak problem solved. I would absolutely use them again.

Good job on my roof but showed up at 9am instead of the time appointment time of noon.

They gave me a free onsite estimate and offered other services that I declined. They texted me a confirmation that they could accommodate my requested schedule. They arrived on time, powerwashed the roof, downspouts, and back mildewed siding. They even reattached a piece of siding facia under the eaves that the crows tore off last year when they plugged up the downspout. They arrived ontime, did the job, and their price was below everyone else's. I will use them again and would recommend them.

Work an did a great job cleaning the roof, rain gutters and sky lights. They also cleaned our deck, walkways and driveway. The clean up was great as well!

Wilson's price was well below other bids I received. His workman did an excellent job of cleaning the roof, cleaning up around the house afterward, and applying the anti-moss treatment to the roof. At my request, he also installed gutter screens on a 7-ft section of 2nd story gutter to prevent debris from entering the downspout in future. I would definitely use this company again.
