I won't know exactly how satisfied I am until we have some rain. If my roof doesn't leak, then I'll be satisfied!

Very courteous!! Very knowledgeable. Easy to get a hold of. New roof including repairs with a few new sheets of plywood were done very professionally, and promptly. Nice clean up. He had other ideas to suggest for inside flooring. We are planning to hire him back for that as soon as we finish interior painting. He said he can beat or match Home Depot installation prices.

Be very clear about what you expect.

Wilson is personable and works to do a good job, but is reliant entirely on subcontractors, which caused job to take several weeks. Was probably complicated by unseasonable rain in August. Roof leaked after replacement as a result of incorrect chimney flashing, which fortunately was confined to a closet. They did return to redo the flashing. There was also a last minute request for a change order for a new deck that increased the price by 18 percent. Not sure that was necessary but it was a complicated roof replacement that included restoring the eaves, so it was probably a good idea for portions of the roof. Also the original bid was very reasonable so it put the price at about the same as others received.

Very responsive and professional. Even worked on Sunday. Cleaned up thoroughly after pressure washing four roofs and came back a few days later to administer moss treatment when it was not raining. An excellent job.

I cannot rate the business any higher at this time because I am still waiting for photos that were promised of the completed work. I have not been able to visit the site and inspect it for myself, and so I am depending on those photos, which the contractor says he has taken (but he has not sent me the copies I asked for).

They did a beautiful job on my roof and a great cleanup afterwards. I will be using them again in 6 months.

We had the 50 year shingles installed did a great job with installation and clean-up. I had 3 bids his was half of the highest and 30% less the other plus we got the 50 year warranty not the 25 with the other bids. This was one of my rentals - Wilson is a great guy to work with. He is now working on another project for me.

Winston ( Owner) came that afternoon we had requested quotes from HomeAdvisor and gave us a fair estimate set a date for our roof and back deck to be cleaned. They did an excellent job. I will definitely use them again.

Wilson and his team did a great job at a very reasonable price. We have had many major wind and rain storms since the Mass & Mass team did the job and have had no issues with water on a flat roofed building.

We have a large and steep roof. Mass&Mass team did an excellent job of cleaning roof and gutters. Also, great job cleaning up debris afterwards. Excellent value and we will use again.

Late to bidding appointment. They Pushed the work back a day kinda last minute. Said it would be an easy job but the poor one guy doing it was at the house from morning until sunset. In terms of cleaning, the guy pressure washed the house and roof well but there was debris all over the place that I had to clean up. Also, left garbage around the house that I had to clean up.

Mass and Mass came promptly, assessed what needed to be down, and were able to do the roof and gutter cleaning within a few days after my request to complete the work as soon as possible. Ed, who did the cleaning ,worked incredibly hard and put in a long day. I would recommend them without hesitation and intend to have them return when I need more done. Thank you Wilson.

Never showed up to scheduled appointment. When I called them to see where they were they said they wouldn't be making it to the agreed scheduled appointment.

They came promptly and asset the damage took picture to show me what was wrong. they came back the next day, and when they said they would came back. some of the materials where not correct and service provider drove to a far sight to get new product for me. did not charge more for over time, even when estimated time was gonna be done in three hours but was done in eight. they where very nice and professional.

I would hire again in a quick minute.

Wilson was very communicative and very fast in getting our roof repair done. The price was similar to other professionals I considered, but his speed and flexibility to work with my schedule and methods of communication were a cut above the others. I would recommend Mass & Mass for this kind of project.

They did a great job cleaning up the work area after the repairs as well. They also responded with a quote in writing within 48 hours.

Wilson is great, his crew was a bit messy and not very detailed oriented. Wilson would come back and do his best to fix all they left unfinished, none was restored to original condition but it worked. Probably best for smaller projects.
