Mark was able to squeeze us in for an appointment the day after we talked. He was quick, and no streaks! A real nice guy, too. I only gave a "responsiveness" of a "B" because it took several days to receive a return-call, but otherwise everything went great!

I called him and left a message on his answering machine. He showed up on my doorstep the very next day and I made an appointment with him. He showed up promptly at the appointed time. He did a very good job. I have no complaints at all. He was as good as anyone that I have ever hired.
