This is the second time I have hired Crystal Carpet Cleaning to clean my carpets. Each time they were extremely professional and on time. They took extra time on high traffic areas to get all the dirt out. I would highly recommend them.

This was the first time I had the carpets professionally cleaned even after living in my home for 14 years. I called John's company and was pleasantly greeted on the phone. I'm a newbie when it comes to carpet cleaning technology. I didn't realize that part of the cleaning machine was on a truck. I have a large home and was initially concerned that the hoses wouldn't reach all the areas. But I was told that unless I live in a high-rise, everything would be ok.
John arrived on time was able to use my side driveway with easy access to the water hose bib outside. He had plenty of hose (300 feet) and used about 200 feet in my house. I was very impressed with the care he used while in the house. He wore plastic shoe booties. He placed several plastic corner protectors along the floor/corners where his hoses went. He laid down a protective rug/tarp at the entrance of the door to make sure my hardwood floors stayed nice.
One of the rooms that I asked John to clean was my son's "playroom". He is in college now and over the years that room has seen a lot of activity and many stains on the carpet that I simply gave up trying to keep clean. I didn't think much could be done to improve the carpet. But John amazed me. He really knows carpets and the different fibers used and types of stains! I was totally blown away by how clean the carpet ended up. It was like brand new again!
I have a long hallway in my upstairs and when John first did the carpets, he mentioned that the hallway carpet would "bunch up" a little bit while it was wet but would settle back down within 24 hours after it dries. When I first saw the waves in the carpet, I was worried. But again, I'm a newbie when it comes to carpet cleaning. And just like John said, the next morning, the carpet has settled back down again and looked perfectly clean as well.
After the job was complete, I talked with John and he mentioned he does fabric / upholstery cleaning. So, we scheduled him out again the next week to clean my family room furniture and kitchen chairs/stools. This time, his son and a helper came. And they were very professional and reliable as well.
Overall, I highly recommend this company.
