Cleaners Kingdom

I'm looking to get a refund for my tenant due to the complete lack of quality and attention to detail evidenced by this crew. As a "first off" observation I lifted up the toilet seat to see an obvious lime line, not to mention the toilet hadn't been cleaned yet. I asked the worker if she was going to take care of it. She stated she didn't have a pumice stone to get rid of things like that! The other two toilets were in similar condition. Later on, my wife and I started doing some "touching up" only to discover the blinds hadn't been dusted, the top of the refrigerator had enough dust on it that you could see your name if you wrote it and so on...and on and on. I don't know what the two members of the crew were doing during the day-plus time that my tenant told me they'd been there but it obviously wasn't cleaning very much. Normally, I consider myself easy to get along with but this was abominable. I've seen college boys leave a cleaner house.
