Excellent. The proposal was fully detailed. The agreement and documentation was done easily and very methodically, all online. The work was done on schedule, exactly as in the agreement. The workers were experienced and professional. The quality of work was excellent. The owner came for doing the final inspection with me. I will definitely hire them again for the next painting job.

Everyone did a fast and thorough job. They were willing to come out again and fix things that needed to be fixed.

Mario was our superb painter - he had tremendous attention to detail, was very thorough and friendly. Highly recommend and would definitely use them again.

We contacted Armadillo Painting as we were impressed with the exterior painting that they did for our neighbors. Javier, came over to walk around our property so we could discuss what needed to be done. We found him to be personable and knowledgeable. He listened carefully to what we requested and was prompt in coming back to us with a detailed quote. We found the crew to be friendly, polite, honest, hardworking and thorough. They cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day leaving their equipment neat and tidy in our back yard. Although Javier was not on site during the work, his crew seemed trustworthy, knowledgeable and capable and there was usually a senior member of the crew on site whom I could communicate with. We did have some delays mainly due to other projects that the crew were working on at the same time and occasionally due to weather. Therefore we did not always have a full crew. This did delay the project somewhat but we understood that it was the height of summer and therefore a busy time for a painting business. One area that this company could improve upon, however, is their communication with the client during the project so that the client knows when exactly the crew will be turning up and what to expect each day. We did however like the consistency of having the same crew working on our home throughout the project. Overall we found the quality of their work to be of a high standard. The paintwork finish on the siding is smooth and uniform despite them painting in very high temperatures. There were no overlapping marks at all. They were thorough and detail-orientated and I was impressed that they cleaned and painted all the utilities at the side of the house, gutters and any visible pipework. A walk-through occurred prior to the final payment and any issues (very few) were addressed promptly. They were also kind enough to return and completely re-spray our front door due to some marks on it. I would recommend Armadillo as they did a great job at prepping and painting our home and we are very pleased with the end result.

Javier and his team are awesome! They are super at attention to details and checking with us like how the trim and doors looked and felt after the first coats. They were so flexible with everything else going on in our remodel and were always professional and friendly. One week on the exterior and one on the interior. Sprayed the exterior as the old cedar siding really needed primer and several coats to cover the color change. Interior was all hand painted and rolled. Never seen so much prep and blue tape! At one time I think Javier has 6 guy here! We can't thank these guys enough and it is obvious by the way the neighbors comment on how great the exterior looks.

We were facing the onset of the rain season needing to complete both exterior work and interior work. The workers worked extra hours with our approval (later on a few days and on Saturdays) to take advantage of dry weather, and then switched indoors to make progress on interior work when rainy days occurred. This made it possible to complete our job close to the projected date, even with rain interruptions. The communication with the owners and workers was excellent, very responsive and considerate. They went the extra distance in making sure colors were matched well, and finish work was completed to high standards.

Armadillo did an excellent job!  It was a very complex project because of the number of colors and different kinds of surfaces and elements requiring painting or staining.  All of the siding was spray painted two coats, and there were numerous instances of color change at corners, or at other separation points such as downspouts.  A great deal of masking was required to do the job right.  The few issues that would inevitably arise on a project of this complexity were dealt with promptly and professionally by Samantha and her excellent crew.  There were a few instances where our bid specification was not completely clear, and these were all handled by Armadillo without even the suggestion of an adjustment to the price.  Cleanup after the job was complete was impeccable.
In the past, I had facilities management responsibility for a major company and I feel that I know a good contractor when I see one.  This is a good contractor! 

The job was performed in a timely,professional manner with no problems whatsoever. I would hire them (and will) without a second thought.
