Ron Kazemian at American Rooter went above and beyond the call of duty when he tackled our plumbing problem with tremendous professional skill and knowledge. It was a very difficult issue that required him to return on Sunday to finish the job. Prompt , good work in clearing clogged drain

RON found the problem, which took awhile, but he worked very professionally and was very neat. From now on, he will be our go to plumber. HE was more than helpful. I had two clogged toilets. He went out of his way and went home to get more equipment to include a 450 lb. machine and camera. Thank you!

Ron arrived within an hour to fix a drain block. He was professional, courteous, and thorough. Found the problem quickly, fixed it and made sure the pipes are running smoothly. He even made sure to clean up everything after he was done. Highly recommend.

Talked to Ron Friday evening he was at my house first thing in the morning and had my side sewer scoped, cleared and videoed in short order. Explained everything thoroughly and gave excellent advice. Great guy and great service.

Very professional and quick to respond. Found our plumbing issue after a few other companies couldn't/wanted to dig first. The crew was professional and friendly. Not only were they able to dig under our walkway and our neighbors fence, they also did everything remarkably quickly.

Ron is very nice! He knows everything of his job well and did the work quickly. Didnâ t hide the truth from me that actually itâ s only a connecting problem from the plug to the outlet causing the basement toilet slow draining. I immediately decided to have him do the additional inspection in the sewing pipe. He did and itâ s again a good job. I will call him next time if I got any problem in sewing or draining. I am glad I have chosen him to do the work for me today.
