The last few times we have called Orkin Pest Control they were late for the scheduled days and one day they were a no show. Orkin arranged to call before they come, that way we could let our dog inside. They gave us a timeframe/window and twice they were outside of that window and once a complete no show without a call. As a consumer, you shouldn't have to call and complain about no shows when you are paying for a scheduled service. It is extremely inconsiderate and unprofessional.
