Great service from Andrew and his crew-above and beyond what I expected!

Good company. Honest and straightforward

If I could have given no stars it would have been more fitting. They were supposed to come out to my house to do a moss treatment and show up between 12-5pm. I took the afternoon off from work and waited for them to show up. It was close to 5 and I reach out to Stephanie who said that she just spoke to Andrew and they are still on their way. Just before I called, I sent an email asking were they were at. Andrew called back within 10 minutes of my call with Stephanie and said ther propellers on their drone had broken earlier and we were going to re-schedule. Obviously they hadn’t coordinated the bs they were telling customers. They never bother to call at any point in the day to give me an update. They never said I didn’t have to be at the house. Andrew told me he would call me back the following morning to give me an update. Never heard back but they still charged my credit card. This is the second time I bought their bs. Don’t use them and waste your time and money. Terrible customer service.

Andrew scheduled promptly, the crew showed up and completed the job and did a nice cleanup of all debris off the front and back porches. This was my second year using Roof Tec and I sincerely appreciate their service, efficiency and ease to work with.

They were wonderful. Called me immediately, came to look the next day, and two days later completed everything. I very much appreciated the care, concern, and friendliness of owner and crew.

Quality and workmanship were excellent. Had a few scheduling issues, but Andrew gave me a $75.00 credit for my having to work around a bit with the scheduling. All in all, an excellent company to work with and the work was outstanding!

they were great and understanding of my situation. thanks gutter pro only issue is i paid cash and was told woud be emailed a recept. I only have invoice asking for money . i paid in cash. i tried to call voice mailbox full and not responding to text. please send that you have been paid all except .kist under $100 . i was shy. i have it now and need to pay you the last $98 and change to be paid in full. call me , repond text or email me , knock on door getting worried. thank you

My understanding is they have changed their business name to Roof Tec so don't be surprised if you see this associated with Gutter Pro America. We were looking for a Roof Cleaner and the owner, Andrew, came over to give us a quote on my father in law's roof. He looked at the roof and surrounding facia/gutters and informed us that the roof was in bad shape and needed to be replaced, it was about 18 years old with very inexpensive materials. We asked for a quote and were impressed with the price and product type with a 50 year water-resistant roof, and copper at the roof cap to help prevent moss growth, along with a very pretty black/blue flecked shingles to match the look and feel of the home, and hired him. In the meantime we'd also asked him to take a look at the roofcaps on our house on the other side of town. Andrew came out and lo-and-behold, fell through our roof. The boards near the roof cap had rotted. With that we asked him for a quote, and again, impressed with the price and product offering a 50 year roof with copper oxide within each shingle to prevent moss growth and hired him. He covered the hole with metal sheathing, and a tarp to prevent the rain from getting in until there was a decent time to get the project going. As soon as the weather warmed up enough with minimal rain he and his workers were up there and had it done within 5 days, just in time for the freeze and rain/snow. Beautiful roof, amazing cleanup afterwards and great communication. He walked through the roof with my husband so he could see what was done. We are very impressed with this company and Andrew; and his workers. I wouldn't hire anyone else for another roofing project. Thank you Andrew! I look forward to you completing dad's house in the spring or summer!

Roof cleaners also had experience with roof repair. They identified two areas on the roof that could be damaged. During roof cleaning they were able to take a closer look and determined the roof not to be damaged and charged significantly less than estimated. It was nice to have the expertise if needed.

They removed the moss on the roof , cleaned the gutters and washed the porch. Did a good job.

Was very helpful in identifying problems with a failing roof and taking extra precautions to not damage any further. cost was fair and did not try and oversell services. Owner is a US veteran with a new family here in Kitsap. Very focused on customer service and the right fix - did not try to oversell me on other unnecessary services. Works on gutters and roof repair - definitely one contractor to keep on your list!

GP's bid was about half of some others. Everything is working well and the clean up was very complete. One of the other companies that bid on the job actually would have made an additional charge for a clean up. Andrew was most pleasant to work with. I'm completely satisfied and have no hesitation recommending GP.

They did great clean up in addition to cleaning the gutters.

Andrew gave a clear and concise explanation of the work required for my roof and gutters, how and what he would do, an estimated cost, and time it would take. He went out of his way to live up to his word and give me service above and beyond my expectation. I will gladly hire him again and I highly recommend him.

They did a good job cleaning gutters and roof. Left a bit of a mess (roof debris) afterwards for homeowners to clean up.

Andrew gave a clear and concise explanation of the work required, the procedure they use, the estimated cost, and the time it would take during the preliminary inspection. JayJay and Ray arrived as scheduled, did the work as outlined, and cleaned up completely after them. We are completely satisfied with GPA’s work and plan on using them for all follow on care.

Andrew is considerate, professional, and, all-in-all, the man you want for the job. I strongly and gladly recommend.
