Travis responded to me immediately.  He was congenial and easy to work with.  He gave me a bid and the actual cost of the repair came in under his bid.  He was prompt and on time and professional.  The work is excellent and the garage door is repaired.
Very professional, very easy to work with, kept his word.

There was some issues to resolve concerning a red cord I had pulled to try and operate the door by hand.  He walked me through that as well.  All was on track in short order.  I thanked him profusely as I know I just saved a small fortune for a home visit.  Would definitely recommend their services!!! Both occasions where I purchased - then needed support (on a different item) were a pleasure dealing with them.

I found Doors West to be professional, prompt and extremely helpful.  I needed a garage door repaired on a rental property while I was ill and unable to even explain what the issue was or meet them at the location.  Travis coordinated everything with the tenant and was able to get the work done quickly.  The tenant is happy with the repaired door and I am happy with the service and reasonable price - can't get better than that.  I will definitely use Doors West again and would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent. They did the initial installation and have been very responsive with their service calls. Technician has always shown up on time and the price is exactly as given to us.

First I went to their shop on a friend recommendation and picked out the doors I wanted. I was given a military discount and was pleased with the product I chose. They did have to order the product but set up a date for the instalation. Prior to the installation I removed the trim and painted the trim to match the new trim one day prior. One maintenance man showed on time and worked continuiously until he finished. It was about 4:30 P.M. when he finished. He removed the old doors installed and adjusted the new doors and also cleaned up the site. I would recommed they to all future clients.

My garage door broke in a big way! The cable slipped and got hung up on the track, preventing my from opening the door at all and stranding me at home. I called after hours, and Travis gave me the option and quotes for having a technician out that evening, or the next morning. I appreciate so much that he helped save me the money by letting me know the details! I decided to wait until morning based on that info. And he dispatched one of his technicians at the very beginning of the day instead of tacking me on to the end of their appointments! The technician came in, fixed the door, and provided a thorough clean-up, tune-up, oiling, straightening-out of my old and creaky system. It's like new! I've lived here for 12 years, and the garage door has never run as quietly and smoothly as it does now. And the whole appointment was done within fifteen minutes. I can't thank Travis or his team enough for the responsiveness and incredible value. Thank you!

Scott arrived on time, replaced broken cable and installed new on the other side of the door.  Work completed in a little more than one hour and door is working GREAT again!  Great service!

The garage door spring on the door we park our Dog Show car broke on the 4th of July.
I left a message on Doors West Emergency number on the 4th and got a call back from Travis.
He told me what the cost was for emergency service and recommended if I could wait a day they would try to fit me in to allow my wife to get the car out of the garage to go to the Enumclaw Dog Show on the weekend.
I called Friday morning and Travis rearranged his tech schedules to replace the broken spring.
Spring has been replaced and the Dog Mobile is loaded up for the weekend dog show.
This is customer service at it's best.
I was totally blown away with their willingness to adjust their schedules on a very short notice to help us out.

Beautiful job

After my multi-panel garage door was damaged due to a very unfortunate incident, Doors West was contacted for an estimate  and replacement of the lower panel .  The price and date of repair estimate were given over the phone after I released a few details. Within days of the estimated date given for repairs (actually they were early by 2-3 days), I was contacted and told that all parts had arrived and to verify the appointment. The repairs were done on schedule.  The end results were that their estimate ended up being the actual cost, the work was done professionally, quickly and they left no signs of ever having been there except for the fact that the door was looking brand new. Mr. Lambert (Travis) was courteous, polite and helpful in every way and without any hidden issues. My expectations were met in every way and I would highly recommend Doors West's services.  Unlike a previous report, I knew not to expect the old parts to be around after the repairs were done and would have requested Doors West to leave them behind if I needed them.

I had a Sears unit in the garage, and they explained to me that they couldn't get parts for this unit so I needed a new one. They did replace my unit and when I went out to look at the old unit they had teken it with them. I would have liked to keep this unit and try to find replacement parts on my own.

WE'VE HAD WORK DONE BEFORE FROM OTHER COMPANIES, BUT THIS TIME, WE'VE BEEN HAPPY WITH THE OUTCOME, AS THE SENSORS ARE WORKING AND THE DOOR APPEARS TO BE RUNNING SMOOTHLY ON THE TRACKS.

DOORS WEST IS A GREAT PLACE TO USE. WE HAVE USED THEM MANY TIMES AND WERE ALWAYS HAPPY WITH THE TURN OUT! THEY ALSO HAVE A SHOW ROOM SO YOU CAN SEE SOME OF THEIR DOORS TO!

IT IS A ONE PERSON COMPANY AND HE WAS VERY NICE AND VERY FRIENDLY. HE WENT RIGHT TO WORK AND GOT EVERYTHING DONE, FASTER THAN I THOUGHT HE WOULD. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS EITHER AT, OR BELOW, WHAT EVERYONE ELSE WAS OFFERING.

THEY SAID WHAT TIME THEY WERE GOING TO COME. THEY SAID EIGHT AND THEY WERE THERE AT EIGHT O'CLOCK. THEY CAME ON TIME, AND THEY LEFT ON TIME. THE MESS THEY MADE, LIKE SODAS AND PIECES OF WOOD, THEY CLEANED UP BEFORE THEY LEFT. THAT WAS VERY GOOD.

THE EQUIPMENT WAS AT A GOOD COST. THE GENTLEMAN WHO INSTALLED THE DOOR WAS VERY RESPONSIVE. I WENT IN AT 4:00 PM TO ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT THE SPRINGS AND HE HAD MY GARAGE DOOR WORKING BY 6 PM
