In October, 2013 my car was hit on the driver's side front panel by a 4x4 truck. There was damage not only to the front panel but also to the head light. I asked one of the service men where I purchased my vehicle if he could recommend a good body shop for me to have my car repaired. He recommended Auburn Way Auto Body because he had used them in the past and had seen their work first hand.
When I arrived at the shop I was cheerfully greeted by a man who said his name was John. He proceeded to ask me details about the accident then ushered me out to take a look at my car. It did not take him long to determine that the damage was minimal and was something he could complete within a few days - he even drove me to the rental car lot to pick up my rental car because the rental car sales person was nowhere to be found.
My car was with John a few days longer than expected because he needed to order a part of the automatic window assembly that he did not have in stock. John kept me informed throughout the process and when it was all done my car looked brand new again. John is a very affable person with a quiet unassuming manner. He and his team did a GREAT job and I will use them again if I ever need auto body work. I highly recommend them for any auto body work you may need to have done.
