How Allred Got Started Our company was founded by Dan and Matt who discovered they had complimentary areas of expertise. Matt began as an electrician about a decade ago and besides doing electrical work began working with HVAC as well. Dan had been doing contractor work in Alaska and when they met they realized they were a perfect match to begin a business, hence Allred Heating, and Cooling and Electrical. Between the two of them all of the right bases were covered to offer complete electrical and HVAC systems, both installation and repair. The heat pump was not communicating properly with the thermostat. I'm not sure exactly what the technician did, but it required a new part and installation.
"Sorry for the misplaced filter. We do warranty our work and will come back anytime anyone thinks there is something we may have inadvertently done that was not quite right. Mistakes happen and we have a 100% guarantee on our work. We will always send the tech back to fix his mistakes. Thank you for your feedback that can help us improve!"
Would definitely recommend. The technician was professional and courteous. During routine service the furnace checked out fine but the a/c had a part that they recommended replacing. Instead of pressuring us he politely and thoroughly explained why he recommended replacing the part, he showed us the reading and explained the long term consequence of not replacing the part. Thank you for your excellent customer service. We will continue to use your services.
