I discovered that a previous contractor had terminated the bathroom and kitchen vents directly into the attic and not to the outside of the house. Efer and Alec came over to inspect the vent/duct issues. They throughly walked me through the problems. They showed me pictures and videos, they explained everything in detail so I understood both the issues and the solutions. I also liked that they inspected the job, wrote the estimate and did the work themselves. No middle man, no sales tactics, just honest bids and work. Also got the job done quick! Where they really went above and beyond is they noticed some potential fixes that needed to happen with my HVAC system. They provided a full detailed write up of things I should ask the HVAC company to come back out and review. I didn’t ask for this, they just did this on their own, because they felt it was the right thing to do. I really appreciated that.

EFER is the MAN! One of the best experiences I could have had working with Efer and Alec after a unexpected stressful situation with our heating furnace blowing out. They came within 2 hrs of calling at night, did some test.we went over options with what would work best in our size house then agreed on it. After talking it over they left us with 3 space heaters for the night because it was after 9pm I called. They ordered the new furnace and was installing it by 10 am the next morning. It looks good we are very happy with this company and will be using them again on my other properties.

I am so happy we went with this company. They were the quickest to respond during the aftermath of the bomb cyclone, and the most reasonable when it came to pricing. You can tell they care about their work, and they even helped with new placement of the HVAC so my disabled daughter can access the home better. You will not be disappointed, and their customer service is top notch.

This company went over and above to give me the best service possible. They were kind, courteous and honest about everything, giving me options and answering all my questions regarding those options. They were very fair on their pricing and yes, I did get other bids. Once I had made my choice, they completed my furnace and heat pump install very quickly and professionally. The whole process went really well. There was lots of care from initial steps going over what was pre existing and what options were available to making sure my input was taken for the different aspects and making sure that I would be happy with the install. The install was done in a timely manner and the work area was left cleaner than how it was initially. Also there was great care in making sure all my questions were answered and that I had no concerns.

They diagnosed my central air system. They found I had a cracked heat exchanger and explained the dangerous gasses it can omit into the home if not properly fixed. Everything turned out great!
