They cleaned up their mess and the job was nearly complete by the time I came home from work. They are very responsive and professional. I believe they are a bit over priced but I have no concerns with paying the price I did due to the quality of work that was done. They split the payments up which made it easier and were friendly.

They did a good job. The roof was great. Our gutters are really old and there's only so much they were going to be able to do with them, but they were clean. There were a couple of spots that I wanted to have repaired, but I wasn't here when they were here. I kind of made the assumption that they would find them and fix them and that didn't happen. But I don't fault them for that and I didn't ask them to come back. There was one area where they left a portion of the downspout off and I called them and had them come back out. There was a slight mix-up at first about whether or not it was something that fell off or something that they left off, but I explained what it was and they came right out and fixed it. They were very responsive and did a great job.

Incredible!  They gave me a great bid and when they finished, the bill was a few hundred dollars less than the original bid.  They cleaned up the whole area.  They did a beautiful job.  Nothing was wrong, everything was perfect!

They showed up on time, introduced themselves and went right to work. There were two workers who were friendly and hard working. I didn't think about the shed roof, until they showed up. I called the office and asked if they could also clean the shed roof. Wasn't a problem at all. The roofs look great and they did a ncie job of cleaning up after the roofs were done. Second time I've used this company and I highly recommend them. Jenn in the office was great and the guys who come out and do the work were great. Live in a small neighborhood and quite a few of my neighbors use Axis Roof and Gutter.

We are very happy with the workmanship and professionalism of Axis Roof and |gutter.  We would recommend Axis Roof and Gutter.

They were considerate of any impact to the neighbors and there was no leftover mess to deal with.

Provided professional service from start to finish.  After roof / gutter cleaning was performed, the crew did a great job in power washing structure and removing debris from surrounding yard.  Cedar shingle repair / replacement appears to be good.  Roof treatment took a while to get scheduled due to poor weather conditions, but office personnel did a good job in working with us to complete the job.  Compliments to a very accomodating and responsive group at Axis.

I was really happy with them and their salesman wasn’t high pressure and went over all the options with me. He took his time to explain everything to me. They did a good job and the people were nice. They cleaned up well when the job was done. They came when they said they would come, and they were done in a couple days. I would recommend them, and their price was in the mid-range of all the other quotes I got.

The foreman of the job - Leo - was amazing. They weren't able to get their dumpster into my driveway without running over my neighbors lawn as my street is very narrow. They had to park the dumpster in front of my home. In order to clean up the old materials they tore off, they had to put down a tarp, throw all the old materials onto that, then pick it up again to transport it to the dumpster. It must have been 85-90 degrees every day they were here, and we never heard a complaint. Leo and his crew really went above and beyond - it was definitely hard work. We have had neighbors stop by our home just to ask who did our roof. We were actually so impressed that we recommended him to my sister-in-law as well. They did my sister-in-law's roof about a week or so later, and she was just thrilled as well.

Axis crew gave and left impression of competence with good attention to safety, which was a special concern due to the high pitch of the roof.  The crew completed the job and cleaned up the area in one day.  Results are excellent.  I would recommend this company for any similiar job.

 The experience was good although the required price of $ 175  for the first hour seemed expensive to me.  The job was completed in an hour by the two service men.  They used the 4 spare sheets of my original shingles and the remaining shingles they brought didn't quite match the thickness or the same color of my shingles, so that it is noticeable if you look closely.

Did what they said they would. Moss is dying so I'm happy

Bono was the gentlemen who did all the work at my home.  There is no way to explain how wonderful his work was.  He kept me informed about what he was doing and was very respectful of my yard and buildings . My roofs and windows look fabulous.  The office staff was also wonderful.  My home was built in 1928, and they were ready with all the right tools to get the job done because they asked all the right questions when I made the appointment.  I would and will recommend them without any hesitation, and plan on using them again!! They all were just wonderful!!!!
