"We are very sorry to hear the complaint of [member name removed]. We strive to please our customer’s everyday as you know with our rating. That being said I have attached all communication with this customer from 2012-2013. We treat a roof clean just the same as we treat a roof replacement; with Homeowner checklist; what to expect and a complimentary courtesy call. Attached you will see there is [member name removed] that was scheduled in Sammamish on the “same day” as Elo[member name removed]; same day, same city, same services. (What are the odds?) Part one of the miss hap is our Regular scheduler whom is wonderful was in the hospital; a bookkeeper stepped in and pulled up the wrong information; that Friday the bookkeeper was let go and the New hire had started that following Monday; well she is wonderful and she kept looking at the schedule and saw “[member name removed]” in Sammamish and thought the guys were in route there (which normally they would be) however in 13 years this was not the intention to upset, disrupt, or cause chaos to Mrs. [member name removed] life. She was far too upset to explain anything on the phone; an email was sent out trying to explain what happened as she wanted no part of it. We always strive for perfection and in life we never plan for mistakes we certainly offered a significant discount for her to re-schedule again if she would ever entertain the thought of giving us a second chance; however that was not in the cards. She also mentioned she would tell everyone we were the worst ever. In life if we make mistakes how do we correct them? Our new-hire learned the biggest lesson her first week at work and I can PROMISE you names, all names are double, triple, checked to make sure something like this would never happen again to a customer. The odd thing was the other customer that kept calling throughout the am had “Sherman” on the caller id phone number (for [member name removed]) and that is Eloisa’s husband’s name so I also could see how the new girl could get confused when you pull up Eloisa on the County Property Assessor’s site. The other customer “[member name removed]” came home later and was amazed by their cleaning services. Please let us know if there is anything else we could do. Best Regards, Axis Roof And Gutter INC"

Punctual and professional, they know what they're doing.
The office staff, very friendly people all, were very accommodating in working out a schedule to get the work done.
They worked extra hard to make sure I was satisfied regarding a concern about zinc treatment and atrium windows inset into roof line.
They also offer good suggestions that should be followed as to preparing your house before they come.
I will use them again when the time comes.

I met the owner at a Home Show and based on his attitude, I added his company to the list of four I asked to give an estimate. Their price and quality of the product decided us and we have not been at all sorry.

My daughter actually used them. She called me to get a roofer name and number, I saw Axis and gave it to her. She was so comfortable with them and asked me to give them a grade A across the board.

I decided to choose a local roofer, rather than one from another location. Overall I was very pleased with the work performed. It was raining on the day of my installation, but they were able to complete the work. The workers were a team, each doing their tasks in a very orderly fashion. The only issue I may have is the clean up portion of the job. There was bits of old roofing on the ground, not large ones, but no the less they were visible. I also found loose nails, which were missed by the magnetic roller. I'm sure they would have come back out to do additional cleaning, but it really wasnt much. One thing I didnt realize was that they sub-contract the gutters. My gutters were removed the same day my roof installed, but my gutters werent installed until 4 days later. I was told that the gutter installation would occur later when I agreed to the contract. I didnt realize it would be 4 days later. Other than those really small issues, it was an excellent experience. The staff at Axis was very nice to us, and answered all our questions. My grade would be an "A", it would have been an "A+" except for the minor cleanup details and the gutters being a bit delayed. I strongly recommend them.

They were very good. They did a very good job for me. They have done some roofs for friends of mine and they recommended them to me. They were very nice and they came when they said they would. They did what they said would and I have not had any problems whatsoever. I did not think they were too expensive we have a big house. I thought it was fair. They were right on time. After this job is wrapped up, I would use them again in the future.

They were able to do the treatment within a couple of days. The workers arrived on time and cleaned the roof. I was especially impressed with the clean up. They cleaned the skylights, hosed down the gutters, rinsed off the exterior windows and siding, cleaned the deck, sidewalks and driveway, and hosed down the shrubs. All in all the house looked freshly painted! They told me that Some replacement shingles were needed and gave me the "worst case" estimate. Ten days later, they returned to make the repairs and treat the roof. They arrived on time and did a great job. The roof looks great! We would definitely recommend them.

I called for an estimate to have my old cedar shake roof cleaned. I got a call back right away and Casey came out within a day or two to give me the estimate. He was very friendly yet professional. I was referred to him by my neighbor who had been very pleased with the work the company had done for her. I contacted two other contractors and neither was as prompt or professional. I ultimately decided to bite the bullet and replace my aging roof but I will definitely keep this company in mind for my roof cleaning needs in the future.

"We were sorry to hear that the member was so unsatisfied. With Cedar Shake roofs we offer competitive pricing for cleaning and treatment. In regards to repairs, when we offer a 5 year roof certification, we are making sure that the roof is secure for the next 5 years. This extends the life of the roof and is what this particular customer requested since the house was for sale and this certification transfers to the new owner. Yes, this is an additional cost provided to the homeowner after the initial roof cleaning so we can get an accurate estimate. As can be the case, the member was surprised by the cost of repairs and we do work with customers to make repairs affordable and manageable. Axis Roof and Gutter did assist and discount the repairs by $325. The roof certification letter was worded incorrectly and was promptly corrected. After the entire process was complete and after the customer received the roof certification, we collected payment over a month later."

From start to finish a very positive experience. Quote was accurate with work completed and the work was done carefully and completed when scheduled. I like that Axis did the work in phases as opposed to clean, repair and treat in a single day. Roof was cleaned on one day, repairs done on another and finally treatment on a nice dry day. Would highly recommend!

As with the other times I've hired Axis, this was a very good experience from start to finish. The estimate was recieved quickly, the guys showed up when they said they would, they removed their shoes upon entry to my home and they did an outstanding job of thoroughly cleaining our windows inside and out! We have a 4300 sq ft. home with lots of windows and the guys were very efficient - one conentrated on the inside and the other on the outside. The entire job took just over three hours, they charged me exaclty what was in the bid and again they did an outstanding job. I had the windows cleaned as a small surprise to my wife and when she came home from work, she immediately noticed the sparkling clean windows and was thrilled with the outcome!

I was called to schedule the cleaning when the weather warmed up enouigh so that they could do that. After allowing the roof to dry, I was then called back to schedule the roof treatment (they replaced and repaired the cedar shake that needed attention also). They were polite, professional, punctual, and affordable. I will definitely call them again when I need the roof cleaned/treated and have been happy to recommend them to friends and family. My roof has never looked so good.

Very prompt responses to emails and scheduling. The moss on the roof was starting to bloom and there were weeds in the far end of the gutter. They did an awesome job - the roof looks brand new and they really cleaned up after themselves.

Contractor arrived on time and performed work in a professional manner. Everything was done and completed as promised. I was on sight and watched everything they did. Quite impressed. Would certainly recommend them.
