Very prompt on time and on budget. Installed a new inducer and control system in an old furnace. Did not try to sell me anything more than I needed to complete the repairs. Very nice people to work with.

They were prompt and explained everything that they found wrong and what it would take to repair and Why it needed to be repaired. He was very knowledgeable and did outstanding work.

Problem of toilet running on and off frequently (without flushing) was resolved by research from the manufacturer to figure out the not so popular brand of toilet installed in our home; however issue resolved and repaired, while 3 other contractors could not fix it, nor look into any problems like ours, thinking the water level was the problem. This company is highly recommended.

I was quite pleased with the whole process. I would definitely use Laplante again. Chuck gave me a very thorough education about my choices for a new water heater. Good to know that VT Gas will come and inspect the heater and installation and if it is energy efficient they will send you a $100 rebate.

Chuck diagnosed the actual problem and got me the help I needed. He could have just repaired what I requested but did not. He found the issue, repaired what was needed, and referred me to someone that corrected the issue. Fantastic.

We called LaPlante's to fix two toilets that were leaking from the base. Don showed up as scheduled, investigated the issues, and fixed both of them reasonably quickly. He was professional, knowledgeable, likable, and efficient.

Very good plumber! I am a general contractor and hired this company to fix a leak on a home repair project I had underway, remodeling a bathroom. They were quick to respond, showed up in a timely fashion, and did a great job. I will be using them again.
