Zero stars. I called and spoke with the service manager about charging my 87 year old father $246.97 for a “ tune up” on a Torro mower we bought from them under two years ago. The cost of the mower was $424. We would have been better off selling them the mower for $150 and giving them $30 for a brand new mower. i was asked if I knew their hourly rate. I said I didn’t know and I didn’t care. Whatever it is it’s too much. I was also told they were too busy to give quotes. I requested a refund of at least $100. (should really be a refund of $150 as anything over $100 for a tune up on a new mower is too much). We will see if they refund us anything. Edit: I’m just adding to my prior review with a one star. I’m revising my review as they got back to me and admitted they made an error in the invoice. I respect that when they admit they made a mistake. They did refund my father some of the money. I still think that over $120 for a new mower (2 years) tune up is a lot but I guess that’s the going rate. The manager was very nice and apologetic when he got back to me. I appreciate that.
